Oo OO! Cool! I've been to Victoria a few times!

But it is quite a drive to get there, and I'm not sure if I'm particularly interesting looking, and I guess there's the whole matter of me working on Sunday....Alas, I probably can't do it. I'd have to leave tomorrow to get there in time.

That'd be so cool to be in the movie though, however brief the cameo

I'm guessing Victoria would be Canada? Crud. I'm just wondering why someone would respond to a casting call for "interesting looking" or "ugly and strange looking." Only for the desperate.

If that was near me, I'd go without a second thought. Although I don't consider myself too interesting, but hey, it'd be so friekin' awesome to be in X-Men!!!!
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone
And so hold on when there is nothing left in you
Except the Will which says to them: 'Hold on!' ...you'll be a Man, my son!

Kelsey Grammar has been cast as Beast!! Hank's always been one of my favorite X-Men, it should be interesting to see Frasier/Sideshow Bob in the role...

Other than that, there's been some speculation about Maggie Grace as Shadowcat, and there's no sign of Gambit :(

No Gambit ... aww ... (not really, I hate Gambit) ^^;

It'll be cool if Kitty is in there, though. Other than Rogue, she's my fav X-chick.

It's part of British Columbia, and it's on Vancouver Island on the far, far western side of Canada.

Maggie Grace left the project, according to IMDB.com. Because of that, they had to have a huge emergency casting call and rewrite some of the movie.
"Ah, look, Kouryuu...the birds are returning north. Can you see? ...Kouryuu. Who do you suppose decided birds are free? They can fly wherever they choose...but if there's no branch for them to return to...they might regret having wings, don't you think? Perhaps true freedom...is having a home to return to."

First they say theres gonna be Gambit, now no? These people suck. The films have been ok...but I am starting to get annoyed that after nearly 3 films they have not used Gambit. Laaaaame.

Gambit was the coolest. He was always my best friend's favorite character when we were little. He would imitate the Louisiana accent and try to make my dolls shoot playing cards out of their hands. XD

Wow...I'm not that impressed with the new Shadowcat. I think maybe she could pull if off, but it'll be a stretch. Honestly, I see Anna Paquin being a better Shadowcat, but I guess she's already a bit occupied, ne?

Though I will admit that most of my impression of Shadowcat comes from X-men Evolution...where I generally liked her character better than any of the other girls.

ooh...apocalypse might be cool.

I like the Shadowcat girl...she reminds me of the girl from X-Men: Ev. So yeah...could be cool.
