Are you a morning person?

Talk about anything in here.

I'm more of a "afternoon person"...although I can be both a "morning person" and a "night person" .

So I finally got to sleep last night 45 minutes before you got up? O.O

dragonshimmer wrote: Hmm...I PREFER staying up late or all night. Just ask my horrible sleeping habits. I think most clearly at night and in the early, early hours of the morning...like 4 am. It's also great for my time with God. Well that and I have nasty nightmares sometimes, so I don't like sleeping.

However...I'm also a morning person. Even though I don't LIKE getting up early, give me a few minutes and I'm happy and cheerful and ready to start the day. Unless I stayed up all night, then I might be a little less happy-go-lucky. So I guess I can fake my way through both xD

I'm sorry you have nightmares, Dragon. And I envy your morning-ability. :_(

No, I don't really sleep much. Sometimes not at all. Let's see, adding up my sleep in the last three days, we get about 12 hours.

I stop functioning normally any time after 11 P.M. and I try hard to get up in the morning early. Usually I'm pretty good at it, unless of course I'm not doing school.

As long as it's after 9 AM I'm good. Otherwise I need coffee. And lately, I've been abstaining from coffee. Be afraid, be very, very afraid....

Assuming the same time zone, yup. And I probably need to be in bed in about a half hour or so (I like to get around 8 hours of sleep, so that means going to bed at 9).

I'm a nightowl for the most part and deffinetly not a morning person. I usually am most active later in the afternoon till I go to sleep. I don't talk much for the first hour that I'm awake, maybe a "yes" or "no" grunt but that's about all I'll give.

I don't go overboard like some people I know do. I mean on days I have to work at 7 AM I'll be in bed no later than 12 AM. But on other days, if I don't have something in the morning, I usually hit the sack somewhere between 2-4 AM. No later than 4 that's my limit. And my body doesn't let me sleep in past 11:30 or so. I can remember only one time in the past two years that I've slept past noon.

Oh yeah, I'm definitely a morning person. Sure, I could stay up late at night but I feel a whole lot better when I start the day early.

I generally like waking up at 5-6 a.m. X33

If by morning person, you mean staying up until 5:00am, then yes. But I don't think that's what you mean. So no, I'm definately a night person. I always have been, ever since I was a baby.

As long as morning doesn't start before 7 AM.

I'm more a morning person than a night person, but as in the case of temperature, I don't like extremes either way.

Morning person. I like to be up and about no later than 8, usually around 7. I love how it feels to be out in the early morning whne the sun is shining, but it isn't particularly hot yet. My mind also shut down about 7 PM so I have to get going early.

Haha. I suppose one can be considred an "early morning" person, but that would be stretching the definition a bit. :P

For me, I am trying to shift my activeness in the morning by "re-wiring" my sleeping patterns. Being a night-owl means staying up late. Recently I tried to sleep at an earlier time so I can get a fresh start in the morning.

I don't know how much of a difference it would make, but as long as I get enough sleep, I can still end up being a more healthier Night person...

I...just usually don't sleep. So I guess you could say I'm both a morning and a night person. I'm usually. awake until 6 or 7 AM, then I sleep until 12. XD; not the most healthy sleeping pattern, I admit...

Yeah, same here! I am a groggy, irritable person in the morning. I hate mornings, especially school mornings *shudders*. I am definitely a night person, and whenever I'm drawing, it's usually at night.

Am I a morning person? Depends when you ask me.

Ask me in the morning: "Gah! Heck no! Get away from me and let me sleep!"

Ask me in the evening: "Yeah, I'm not a fan of mornings."
