My gift is creativity. I take creating something (i.e. the field of game design I'm studying for) very seriously, and I'm quite meticilous about detail.

I'm definitely thankful for my crazed imagination. It helps me to create, and appreciate things in life, and moreover, it really helps me to empathize with others and see things from their point of view. Oo, and I dunno if this is special, but it's odd.

I've done alot of competitive and sycronized swimming, and I have freakish lung control as a result. On average, I can hold my breath for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, and in the past I've managed to make over 2 minutes and 30 seconds, headed towards 3 minutes. I can also swim quite far underwater. It's just amazing I haven't fainted yet O_O

I guess mebbe I love water?

Since I was really young, I had a gift for art (drawing to be precise). When I became a Christian back in 2002, I discovered that God blessed me to be a gifted storyteller. I wrote several college essays about my faith and I feel that God breathed on them.

And I feel that these talents I have serve as tools for what I am doing right now.

LMAO! God definitely gave you a talent in a good sense of humor, too. ^_^

Wow - there are so many talents listed here. A lot of creative ones, too.
God has given me the talent of singing, playing the guitar, piano and drawing. I'm not indicating that I'm a master at any of them, but that I can do them reasonably well.

I agree, LorentzForce. Breathing is a totally undervalued talent.

i have the ability to churn out ideas....this does not always mean I have the capacity to expand on them. Or the diligence, for that matter. :p

I can draw, sing (badly), play piano (when I practice), write (when I get around to it), and imitate chickens rather well. And I make people laugh, though rarely.

but I cook a mean panini sandwich!

I've been blessed with musical ability and drawing comes easily to me.

How to use those in the way most pleasing to God is what I struggle with, though. As far as I can tell, I've only really used them for my own enjoyment mostly. I'm grateful for the abilties, but I know that I can uplift others with it... somehow.

I don't have much in the area of creativity, but I can definitely play music. Maybe someday a church choir or something will benefit from it; I hope something like that will happen eventually because I feel selfish not doing something with it. I did have a position as a pianist for the little kids at church when I was Mormon, but it makes me uncomfortable to think of that as a good use because of some of the lyrics to some of the songs...

I consider various parts of my personality and preferences as blessings as well, but this thread really isn't for that topic in great detail. :P

Talents? I enjoy math, and am thankfully competent in it. I have an analytical mind, and can usually pick things apart if given enough time. Some others say I have a gift with words, while I only claim to be passable.

Well, I've been told that I am wise. I really have no idea why though, I seem to make enough unwise decisions....

Also, recently I have been told that I can sing. Which is funny because I always assumed that I was tone deaf. XD

I think I can sing fairly well, most of the time. I've been told I'm a decent listener and sometimes God seems to help me find just the right words to say to help someone feel better.

I can't think of anything else xD

I just realized from ya'lls posts how much stuff I left out that God's blessed me with, it's incredibly amazing really. I guess sometimes I take for granted or overlook alot of the things that I've been blessed with when I should be thanking Him over and over for everything He's given me. . . so. . . YAY GOD! XD

Not to boast ( ), but I think He gave me a reasonable talent for writing. Won't be able to say for certain until my novel is published and I get feedback, though.
