Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

For a second there, I though you were speaking of shatterheart, but I see what you are saying now. The real shatterheat does bear a passing resemblance to Kokoro. But how can I help that? I'm confident she will not harm me.

That's harsh, Osaka. I'm not dead, yet. I may not be able to defeat Impact, but he's not likely to do me in, either. I did digest the infamous Sugary Doughnut of Cakey Death, after all.

 You've got a lot of confidence there, termyt. I think I might have pardoned you, but Impact's already marked you for death, so I don't think there's much I can do. ;)

But answer me this...why does everyone pick on MY picture?!

Because you're so cute?

Impact's marked at least half of CAA for death. It may be a while before he gets around to me, even if my former boss has already left me for dead (Thanks for the vote of confidence, Osaka).

Ummm, so, um, I retract my lack of concern. I now am a firm supporter of Termyt's [perhaps futile] attempts to remain alive.

Give 'em the super-steel-cookie-of-death! I'll be waiting for us to make our getaway out back in the milk tank.

My dad looks way younger than he really is... :eyeroll:

I swear it...he looks to be in his early twenties (he is so not....). Someone saw us and asked me if he was my boyfriend. O_O;;;;;;;;; Another thought he was in high school. It's so weird...though I've seen some teens that look like adults and kids that look like teens, so whatever.

That happened to me once.....some lady came over to me while i was sitting down in a chair, and goes "how old are you...9..10?" ...I stood up...still looking short for my age and said..."no...I'm thirteen"....haha she looked at me funny and appologized, then asked me which bag I thought her daughter my age might like.

Now...only a year later..I get people coming up to me in stores asking if I work there, and adress me a "miss" instea dof little girl or young lady or something". I wonder why...I only grew half an inch..O_o

I used to get mistaken for a girl, ALOT, when i was like four and five! People would see me and my sister and tell my mom, "What beutiful girls you have." Of course at the time it was devastating but now i get a good laugh about it! I guess they thought that because i had curly blond hair! (kind of reminds me of shirley temple, wow thats a disturbing thought)

Hmmmm. . . I work at a summer camp and I just got back from a training work week. . While I was there, some of the guys were sitting together, most of them close to my age, and they were like, "What grade of highschool are you going into?" And I replied that I was going to be a ____________, and they were like, "You look older than a ___________." So I guess I just must look older than I am, because I really do get that a lot. I seriously don't know why, I wear pretty natural make-up and stuff, it's not like I make an effort to look older. . . later they said I had cool hair though, so maybe it's all about the hair for guys. . . ha ha. . .
