No. I'd do ones I have in my collection that I used to study the darker side of anime and not do new ones.

I'll probably do Gantz when it's completed because the hype of "too controversial for Japan" is basically a teen magnet and they need to know how graphic it is...

I'll probably also do Kekko Kamen because it's marketed as a mild sex comedy but it's pretty offensive and degrading to women.

I'm not very bullish on Kekko Kamen. I'd hold on that one until Gypsy gets back. Gantz would be a good choice, though.

OK, scratch Kekko then. Gantz is only 50% through box 1. Do you want me to wait until they finish the first set or do what they have now (3dvds--6 eps).

I watching Kino's Journey right now so does anyone mind if I submit a review after I finish it? I can also do NieA_7 but I'll need time.

Yay! Gypsy's back!! *throws confetti*
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

Glad you're back, though I was suprised. Your farewell post made me wonder if it was going to be permanent.

Oh no, I'm sorry if I made it sound that way. I only went out of state for a little over a month right after I moved out of my apartment. (And people ask why I use the name "Gypsy." :eyeroll:) I had very unstable internet connection which is why I had to take off from CAA while I was gone.

Ah. So probably I was just misreading what you said.

Will you take a Gantz review when the first box set is filled? Or is that too bad for CAA?

It's good to have you back, Gypsy. For some reason I was under the impression that you would be gone a bit longer.

Yes, it would and it's been talked of in the past. If you have any questions about a particular manga, I'd suggest searching for a similar thread in the manga section, and if none show up, then go ahead and ask about it. Chances are somene will be able to let you know the details of a manga series.

I'll put Gunsmith Cats back on my "reviews to write" list, ok? :)

I would be interested in doing a review for Spriggan, and Shin Getter Robo Armageddon...

Would you like reviews of either of these?

I know no one has requested this, but I'm willing to write up the Escaflowne TV Series review. I'm on disc #7 of 8 now, so I can be finished pretty quickly.

Also, just for the record, the original ROD was a 3 episode OVA, not a movie.

I can do Otaku no Video and Puni Puni Poemi if it's OK with the mods.

Hmm, don't we have an Escaflowne tv review under the title "Visions of Escaflowne?" Or are they different things?

I should be able to create a review, once I actually see the entire series. At the moment I have it, but I rarely have the time to watch anime.

EDIT: Well, I recently finished the Gundam SEED and Marmalade Boy series, so if it's okay, I'll work on those. (I know, I know, I've already signed up for others, too...)

The Gundam SEED and Marmalade Boy reviews could be finished long before those others, though. Let me know if this isn't okay! :thumb:

If you submitted them, then they are in the system. Re-Submitting them will only slow down the submission process. We have certain criteria that have to be met, however, and lives too. ;)
