Like excercise and not eating instant ramen everyday. All the sodium makes your blood presure go through the tin ceiling and slate roof. I have discovered that you don't eat Chinese food in New York, and I beleive it do be a good idea to tip the Italians well. Don't really want Vinny's inforcer knocking on our door, "I hear you didn'y tip ma brother well..." Though Vinny's Pizza is really good and right down the street and has free delivery.
