i actually had one before... pretty much the same.. it just sits on your desktop and on windows.... but it wasn't listed on that site

The ones for download require you to buy a subscription to their site, but it also has a tutorial on how to make your own mascots with a program they have for free download. I haven't tried so I wouldn't know what the program's like. ^_^; I'll probably make myself a Kan-chan sometime over the summer, though
