How often do you guys change avy's?

A trivial question yes, but sometimes a curious one. :)

I change mine pretty frequently (in the case of every other week). Almost no one can recognize me since I never keep the same avatar longer than that time. Though since I'm stuck with my screen name, every avatar is going to have Yomi, which sort of narrows down a lot of my choices. :P

EDIT: I think this one's a keeper. Might as well make this my long-term ava from here on end. :)

Whenever it suits me, or whenever I experience a drastic life-altering event (such as was the case with my crying Sana av).

Of course, from your screen name...you COULD put pictures of Makoto Mizuhara from El-Hazard, it would fit. :P

Ha, that's true and they would match my own gender too! Too bad I haven't seen El-Hazard yet (the "fan" part has got to work :) )

So far I've only had 2 avatars here on CAA- both of Onizuka. The first one I had for about a month, and what I have now has been used for about 90% of my time here.

I don't plan on changing it just yet, but if I do I would probably use Ippo from Fighting Spirit (Hajime no Ippo).

I change my avatar every month now. By change, I mean I make a new versian of Christopher Wordsworth. When I first came I had a weird little guy with an axe, but I changed that after two months, and have had wordsworth ever since.

Never. In fact, this is my Avvy wherever I go. I had considered temporarily changing it when Pope John Paul II died (as a tribute), but had so many problems with finding a decent picture to convert, that I eventually gave up and left it.

hmm, in my 2 years or so with CAA I think I've changed my avatar only 3 times.

In the time that I have been here, I have never changed my avatar. There is really no reason to do so, since I am satisfied with the one that I have and changing it might cause confusion.

Been here for...just as long as Volt (19 months-ish) now. I haven't changed my av a single time. I did consider maybe something festive around Christmas time, but I don't have photoshop (I would've just tinkered with my current av anyway). I don't honestly think that I'll change my av...but I suppose I could be persuaded...

To my knowledge I have only had 2 different avatars since coming to CAA. The first I kept for about 6 months. My current one has been up ever since.
