Anyway, this isn't the end of Star Wars. Lucas has said that there are at least two Star Wars television series in the works. How that'll turn out is anyone's guess.
As for Episode III, I have a pretty good idea of the plot and critical spoiler details.
bah. allow me to be the voice of dissent...haha
Why should the third be any different? Oh, because Lucas suddenly became a better director? No. He made the first two for kids (his daughter was in ep1), and that's who the third will be targeted at.
Incidentally, talking about whether or not to rate the movies PG13, recall that the rating didn't exst when the originals came out...
Shatterheart wrote:Yeah, and thats why its the first Star Wars movie to get the Pg-13 rating right? Blah blah blah, all you elitist fans talk a lot...but really don't say much. Wait till the movie comes out to bash it, which as we all know...you will.
Shatterheart wrote:Comparing the the modern rating systems though. If they came out now, they would all be PG. The lack of any real violence, language, and nudity would keep it tame.

You HAVE to admit the first 2 were not good. My mom, who has horrible taste in what makes a good film, even thought they were bad
Nope, I liked the last 2. And its not a nuthugger fan thing either. I just don't lie to myself, and say the first ones were anything special. All the first ones had is sentimental. People try to say the acting was better...whatever. The only actor to do squat after them was Ford. But as always with Starwars...your gonna have 2 fans. One yelling at how much everything sucks, then going home and sleeping with his Darth Vader standy, and the other kind that says...ya know, I have enjoyed them all.
