Does anyone know any verses about how God decides who lives and dies. I am doing a report on Terri Schiavo(sp). This paper is about "playing God" like taking God's place in things. Or like cloning

how about the "vengence is mine sayeth the Lord" verse? It doesnt really fit that well though..
