Well, I'm not sure why April 27, but there's probably a reason. But since someone's posting something on this thread, I'll post something too: thanks all you Admins! You put a lot of hard work into this site -fixing up errors, keeping control of subject matter, creating cool art comps, running bible study classes and so much more I don't know about because I haven't been here long enough. ^_^" Thanks for all the time and effort you put into CAA.

Whoa, we got a day? Cool beans. I officaly add the mods to this too. There getting in on the holiday as well. Why? Cause I said so. ;)

I would like to take a second and thank all of the staffers for there work. It is not often enough they are thanked.

Lightbringer, your having computer issues right now...and won't read this for a while...but your work is appreciated.

Straylight...you helped us so much when we got this site off the ground. Your work will always be apprecaited. Drop in somtime man we miss ya!

Ink...I love your ability to give me a blunt answer when I need one. Thanks for your hard work.

Gypsy...you too are MIA at the moment. But what a job you have done since way back in the day joining Ash and I are the temporary trifecta. Somtimes the ammount of work you do is never noted...but you bust butt for this site...and I appreciate it.

Oldphil...man with the clue by four. Our Tech man when we needed ya. What can I say, well it better be nice...or the Wolf will smack me around. Seriously, its been a pain lately working with the site I am sure...but you are appreciated.

UC...our mystery man on staff. UC is a very level head which really comes in hand when things get irratating. (belive it or not they do somtimes gasp) UC is a hard worker, and is quite a big help.

Shoo..Our other tech man. Between you and Oldphil, you guys face the brunt of the headaches tech style...thats really a gift from God. Your work all over the site is always appreciated.

Ashley
...oh geez where to start. Your work shadows all of us on staff. The girl who listened to God and started this whole shabang. The girl who rather then ban a loud mouthed cocky kid, brought him on staff and tryed her best to make a decent man out of him. A kid sister I never had the misfo...I mean good fortune of having growing up. (I kid, I kid!) Thank you so much for your work Ash.

So in a sappy closing, thanks guys. Without you this would be a whollllle heck of a lot harder. I want to give shout-outs to Shihi and Archan. Our retired Alumni. Your work will always be appreciated as well.

I'm pretty sure that this is essentially Secretary Day (actually a part of Administrative Professional Week), but we have now officially been added to the celebrants, so I'll accept your thanks.

Unfortunately, I have not the time to do something as extensive as Shatterheart, but I do appreciate all of our staff as well as the members that make this job worthwhile.

*Throws confetti. . . and coconut*

Thank you all for all the things you do! We all love and appreciate you. Now everyone run before those coconuts come back down!!
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

You guys sacrafice time, energy, and sanity to make this place what it is. If it weren't for you, trolls would be causing chaos, members wouldn't be as close, and inside jokes would be nerarly non-existant.

I choked up reading little Shatterheart's accolades for his admin. and mod. brethren. T__T It was really sweet.

Seriously though, you guys are great! ^_____^ *group hug* You all are one of the reasons this is the only forum I visit.

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.

I'm not crying because Shatterheart wrote some really, really sweet things....no, it's allergy season here in Houston...that's it.

But yeah, seriously, I *was* wondering why I got a strange, seemingly random PM about happy admin day. But I CAN say I truly appreciate ALL of you for saying thank you to us staffers. I do want to step out and commend my staff for not only listening to someone several years their junior, but also being so faithful about their jobs. No matter how late it is or what needs to be done...they are so wonderful about following through and doing it. We all have busy regular lives and jobs, but still they dedicate their own personal time for an all-too-often thankless job. We may get plenty of "we love you mods!" threads, but more often we get lots of mouthy members and whiney trolls to deal with.

I truly do not think you guys can see the true scope of love everyone has for you on this end of the forums...and that is a real shame. Deep down everyone, from the sweetest Ink to the toughest Shatterheart, truly cares deeply about every single one of you, and that's why they keep doing it.

Shatterheart, I cannot even begin to top your tribute....so I'm just going to tackle glomp hug you and call it even  Love ya so much bro!
