cosplay costume help

im planning on attending some anime cons this summer and ohayocon in the winter, im planning on going as neji from naruto, i have all of it figured out except for the hair, coat and shoes. does anyone have any advice on where i can pick these up or what i can make them from? thanks

Um, I'm kinda too lazy to get anything other than what's already in my favorites.....I'm planning on cosplaying at the next Sakura-con myself (this year's was my first con, so I was excused from the cosplayingness.
