The summer is coming shortly, and there are few things better than popping in a new CD, with friends in the car, rolling down the windows, and spontaneously heading out on a road trip (if you go to Cornerstone FL next month, AkuSokyZan and I will be there!).
So I ask:
Of what's coming out in the next few months, what are you most excited to get?
Here's a breakout from Jesus Freak Hideout, of some of what's pending

As for me:
House of Heroes (wow, they are soooooo good...)
Starflyer 59 (HAVE to... they got Frank Lenz playing drums now!)
both Blindside re-releases (just because it's Blindside)
Andy Hunter (best DJ on earth)
Switchfoot (just because they've got Jerome Fontamillas in the band)
MuteMath (just because they're amazing)

~ In case any of you were wondering, I'm a massive Mortal / Fold Zandura fanatic (still my favorite bands of all time), and Jerome (currently in Switchfoot) was half of Mortal, and played bass in Fold Zan, so I gotta follow him... and Frank Lenz, who's playing drums with Starflyer, was the original drummer for Fold Zan... so there's your music trivia for the moment... now, if only we can get Jyro to start something new (aside from Juggernautz)...

Blindside- A Thought Crushed My Mind re-release (even though I own the original, 4 new tracks is more than enough to make me drop my hard earned scrilla to buy it again)
Blindside - Self-titled re-release (see above)
Project 86 - untitled new album
Blindside - untitled new album
Dead Poetic - untitled new album
Ambassador - The Thesis
Coheed and Cambria - Good Apollo: I'm Burning Star IV-Volume One:Fear From The Eyes of Madness

At the Drive-in - This Station Is Non-operational
Joy Electric - The Ministry of Archers
I'm a shoe-in for hater of the year.
