Michael Jackson Case

Talk about anything in here.

Postby Mithrandir » Sat Mar 12, 2005 9:17 am

Hmm... Perhaps my previous post was a bit too subtle.

DON'T TALK ABOUT THE DEATH PENULTY HERE!

The reason is the same it always is. Someone inevitably posts something like, "You don't support it?!? What kinda sicko commie are you, anyway?!?" And then that person comes back with, "Jesus said love your enemies, you're not a Christian!!!" "Oh yeah? Well *you* smell like a pair of armored trousers after the hundred years war!" "Oh yeah? Well you must have fallen out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down!" "Oh yeah?!? Well the YELLOW zone is for LOADING and for UNLOADING passengers ONLY!!!!!!"

I've seen it happen too many times. Don't make me come over there...

Ahhh! I'm sorry. I kinda meant the forgiveness thing more towards Jackson not the death penalty. I'm sorry ^^;;

Actually I heard that he might be about to go bankrupt. He had to borrow money to pay the employees of neverland last month.

0_0... dang.

Oh btw he looks like a japanese woman in a komono in that pic of him in pj's.

lol, man, what's next. Bill Gates closes down Microsoft? Martha Stewart gets married? Dave Chappelle stops making his subtle White racist jokes? Or Margerete Cho stops being such a disguisting little gnome trying to sneak in brainwashing messages which really only encourage her little Freak posse audience of social outcasts.

And now Jackson about to go Bankrupt...

while the death penalty thing wont ever happen, i did laugh at this one. you've got a good understanding of things. because of his extravagant lifestyle, you know hed probally end up being on house arrest .. and i dont wanna pay for his luxory.

im an avid news nut, so i watch/read the news fairly reguarly. ive watched the case come to what it is, so i'll just add these little facts:

* gave booze to kids
* tried/did sleep with them
* and most recently, made them view porn sites

yeah, i have a hunch this guy is g-u-i-l-t-y. and i know he wont be punished like if it was a regular person committing these acts, but i do hope that the jsutice system does TRY to at least give the guy a reality check.

i do also think that its key to pray for people like this. i dont do so hot with the whole "hate the sin, love the sinner" bit .. but i need to try. so i agree that we ought to pray for the guy. i just hope this stuff ends soon, this kinda stuff makes current events not so much fun to keep up on.

That's why I'm glad God is God; even if no one else forgives, God will still love. I know that's sort off topic but I just felt like adding that.

Paul is a great example of how God sheds grace and mercy. If Paul could change anyone can. God's love is no different today than it was 2000 years ago. And if Micheal Jackson sincerely asked for forgiveness God would do so, despite whatever he may have done.

What about Esau and Jacob?

It as something like "Jacob I loved. Esau I hated."

If God loved everyone why does he send some to Hell? Is it all about that free will?

No matter what if he does get saved he still deserves punishment in a temperal way.

Yes, if the whole death penalty crap and Theological God debate does not end..this thread will. As far as the whole thing goes....parents who let there kids near this man should be ashamed. I know personaly, if I ever have children...(if my wife does ^^;; )And I found some creep sleeping with them or whatever. I don't care how much of his propaganda and trash he spews about "its innocent" No, its weird and your a fruit. I would be dangling him over a balcony. If he gets away with this...after he has ADMITTED sleeping with children...our legal system has failed. I don't care how big a MJ fan you are. If someone goes on national TV and openly admits to sleeping with children....theres somthing wrong.

*bangs head on desk* I quit. Really. I'm sick of this thread and the theology that almost everyone seems to believe in.

From the bottom of my heart I believe you're 100% serious, but that one of the funniest things I've ever read.

Is it me or is it because I brought up Jacob and Esau everybody wants it to go to PMs? (Don't answer that.)

Of course, because not everyone agrees on theology stuff. Don't sweat it, if the Lord has lead you to feel a certain way...why worry? I just ask that on the boards people not turn everything into a fight. I went against my better judgement by leaving this thread open a while back...please guys don't make me wrong.

And yes... the absense of God is Sin... and sin separates us from God and condemns us to hell...

Well, there seem to be plenty of fans who think he's innocent.

And there are alot of people who think that Jesus never Rose from the dead.

No, its weird and your a fruit. I would be dangling him over a balcony. If he gets away with this...after he has ADMITTED sleeping with children...our legal system has failed. AMEN.... I seriously think there is something wrong with this guy. How could he have "the mindset of a child" When he didnt seem that way to millions of people when he was a famous singer?

This guy definately has issues on his NEVERLAND ranch... that's what i would do... NEVER LAND any aircraft/airplane near that place.

For some reason, the way he talks reminds me of a serial killer.

I mean come on... if you had never heard or seen Michael Jackson, and you saw him in a dark ally at night, YOU WOULD RUN! The guy is creepy.

He also wore Pajama pants to court... if thats not wrong... tell me what is?

I completely believe that he has done things to children.... but I'm not quite sure I buy the stories of those accusing him at the moment. It seems more like they are just trying take advantage of the situation to get some quick money.

I'm willing to point fingers though and say that, true or not, it WAS the parents' own fault in the first place. Carelessness and general stupidity.

I think he's a kid. Mentally.

The thing is... Kids are very unresponsible, and most frequently "horny little Donkays". So yes I beleive He has done things to kids. As if it matters, I wasn't there so I have no room to talk.

But yes He probably did do some unappropriate things, but I don't think he was aware of the seriousness of it.

Actually, he is saved. Years ago, after making the "Thriller" music video, he was banned from the Jehova's witness cult. I suppose he was converted to Christianity since he's always quoting scripture and is contantly talking about his love for Jesus Christ. Jehova's witnesses don't celebrate ANYTHING in belief that it is against God, and do not believe in Jesus either. Also, in a whole bunch of his music, if you read the lyrics you would see that he sometimes sneaks biblical referrences into his music.

not all who say "Lord, Lord" will enter the kingdom of Heaven. I'd like to think he's really a Christian, but I kind of doubt it. but nobody knows his heart but God.

So far the defense team seems to be able to take apart all of the prosecution witnesses,or at least their credibility.Considering that two of the witnesses were
trying to sell their stories to the tabloids, etc.it looks like the defense has done a
remarkably good job to date.
As far as it goes so far the only thing Michael Jackson is guilty of is being a mental case. However you don't convict people just because they're weird.

I find it hilarious the man can admit things on National TV, and then...our legal system is such a failure we cannot even convict the same person. Our court systems in this nation are a joke. At this point I am sure MJ will get off scott free, just like everyone famous does. It just goes to show you, that with money...the legal system means nothing.

It's kinda funny how everyong likes to accuse a feminine, pseudo-black guy of doing this. Do I really like Michael? no. Do I think he's weird? YES. very much so.

But do I think that he's a child molester? No. This is just an attempt by some greedy people to milk him for all he's worth, and the media is attempting to attack him just because he acts odd. It's funny how nobody says anything bad about Eric Rudolph, who is a "Christian" and is also an abortion clinic bomber, and hates gay people. Someone said earlier that there's no justice in this country.

Yeah, I agree.
There's no justice when Rudolph, who bombed the 1996 Olympics, blew up an abortion clinic and destroyed a gay bar, laughs and yawns when hearing about how his victims were mutilated. He put spikes and nails into the bombs, as well. His reasons for the bombings? to "Cleanse the world of evil". And yet this freak gets a life sentence.

Yeah, there is no justice in this country. None at all.

Are you implying that because Michael Jackson is feminine and "black" that he's getting prosecuted? MJ said on national television that he sleeps with children that are not his own. That should at least be enough to be really suspicious.

And a little odd? This is a guy that's had more plastic surgery than should be possible, denied the fact that he had it for years, then said in his book he had it done for publicity, then claimed he had Vitiligo.

And of course dangled his child over a balcony with a towel on it's head, spends an untold amount of money on frivilous things even for a celebrity, comes to court in his pajamas, forces his children to wear masks in public, oh and that whole giant private theme park catered only to young children in your backyard. That's beyond odd that's donwright deranged. This isn't even the first time he's been to court for molestation charges. He paid that boy's family $14 to settle.

Yes I know none of us can say for sure whether he's guilty or innocent. But if Michael wasn't the King of Pop then no one would be defending him right now. I do think the prosecution's family is trying to go overboard and is mixing their stories up way too much, which is hurting their case. But I think it's pretty likely that he has on numerous occasions done innapropiate things with young boys. Sure people will say "but MJ loves and cares kids, he didn't have a childhood, pedophiles don't love kids so MJ can't be one!" The word pedo=child and philia=love by definition. Pedophiles don't believe they're actually hurting children and MJ doesn't think he is either.

And brining up Eric Rudolph here? That's going a little far making a comparison there. Ya see he got a life sentence for murdering two people and injuring a hundred some others seems like justice to me there. What does that have to do with this case and why would anyone bring that up? That's like someone bringing up Timothy McVae during an O.J. trial discussion. And Shatterheart is right if a high profile person has enough money to buy the best lawyers they can get out of anything.

All I meant was it's just funny how people on here are screaming for Michael's death and yet totally ignoring what Rudolph did. Maybe because he was.... "CHRISTIAN" and ANTI-ABORTION and ANTI-GAY and also.... RIGHT-WING.
But your friend Shao Feng-Li will probably come on in a minute and tell us how much God hates some people, which is why Jacko should die. And he'll probably decry my opinion and tell me that since I've been struggling with my sexuality, that God hates me, too.
