Pope Said Conscious, in Grave Condition

Talk about anything in here.

Shatterheart took the words from my mouth... Although I'm not catholic, I'm also sad to see a him pass away. John Paul was a man of God that served others. He set an example on how people should be both caring and compassionate to everyone. I pray that the next Pope will also be a good leader... to help inspire the many people (Christians, Catholic or whoever) to also be a servant of the Lord.

The Pope has passed away.

I was up watching Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. After the movie I saw it during the news... at 3 am? yes.

Sadness, I never knew him. But ... death was a good thing I think, he's been around for a long time, and gone through a lot. He deserves to rest in peace.

Hopefully people will post here, rather than making a whole new thread.

EDIT: OH MY GOSH!!!!! I AM SOOOOO SLOW....WooooOOOOooooW, I am so sad... ROFL, I hope the pope can forgive my patheticness... Yea, I didn't notice you guys posted about it already.
I'm leaving CAA perminantly. i've wanted to do this for a long time but I've never gathered the courage to let go.

He forgave his would-be assassin, I'm sure he'll forgive you.

Even though I'm not Catholic, I'm still sad that the Pope died. :(

Ok, I merged your thread Zelda. In the future, USE the search link please. This is the third Pope thread in the last like 48 hours. Look around before you post people.

It's sad that he died, but we'll just have to get over it. We can't spend all of our lives mourning.

While this might not be a popular decision..I am going to lock this thread. It has served its purpose...I hope people are praying for guidence for those in the posistion of replacing this man of God. But I fear if this thread remains open it will degrade to a place it should not go. The Popes work on Earth is done, and I am quite certain he would not want people to spend all kinds of time grieving over him. We should all strive to be as devoted to the work of the Lord as he was. With that, this is closed.
