Statement of Support for CAA

Postby The Doctor » Fri Apr 01, 2005 8:35 pm

To CAA management.

In this time of us having two admins stepping down and during this process of replacing them, know that we the members of CAA stand with you guys, and that if there is anything we may do to help, ask us. We will do what we can.

Our prayers are with you.

In Christ,
The Doctor (real name hidden until I quit the NSA)

While I truly appreciate the sentiment, what Shatterheart said is correct--he is not leaving, and Gypsy is merely vacationing. But, it's not wasted sentiment and it's really a sweet thing to say anyway. Thanks.

Gah, admins get too much undeserved kudos around here. Steve makes a fake "goodbye" thread and he gets three cheers for it. I believe that ~*I*~ should get more props around here, since I am sooooo awesome and the ladies all love me. I mean, who was the first to have a thread stickied in Goof Off?

...Whoops. I didn't realize it is already April 2nd for most of you. Here is a grain of salt... please ingest with every consumption of my words...

Heh...
YOu know Ingemar, I've noticed that those who are self-professed "ladies men" are usually the loneliest dudes around.

You need someone to talk with dude? ;-)
LOL.

Shatterheart? ARe you crying? Are you CRYING!?!?
THERE'S NO CRYING AT CAA!!!

and all this time I thought you were a real man. XD

heh...well, I've always wanted to be a matchmaker for guys with girls, helping out our fellow men try and win the girl they like. Much like Hitch.

So then, Shatterheart I expect a fifty dollar check in the mail for my services. Lack of payment will result in me fixing it so you die a broken, bitter, and lonely shell of a man. ;-)

WOOT! this is point 300 folks! YEAAHHH!!!

Oh Shatterheart is "emotional"--utter devotion for chainsaw movies and heroes with mullets are emotions. XD
And "sensitive" alright, he's as sensitive as any man is. Girls, let me demonstrate, you take your foot and kick about waist high....

As for you Ing, I need more than just salt to swallow that....;)

Aw, you're cool too, Ingemar, even though I can never spell your name without looking. ^^ I mean, the av, the...uh...Ingemar-ness...the list goes on and on.

People who write below their abilities in order to crank out tons of books and make a buck. Especially Christian authors who do that. Outsiders judge us for it, and make fun of us for it, and it makes Jesus look bad. We of all artists on earth should be the most concerned with doing our best possible work at all times. We of all people should write with all our hearts, as if writing for the Lord and not for men.

You know dude...you could save yourself some cash and just learn how to be your own best PR team. I've done it, and it works rather well. You could use that extra cash to buy the scariest and at the same time funniest horror movies out there.

Such great classics like "the spawn of Elvis" or "Cave of Evil" with such thrilling D grade acting and poor camera angles that will have you quaking in agony.

Shatterheart is referring to something I edited out of my last post. In it I said "Makes note that Shatterheart now came to Ashley's defence quickly. Hmmm...."

To respond to your post Shatterheart, yes I do need a hobby. I have, however, found one, thank God! :-) (Don't worry...it's not this)

However, you and Ashley should know that I and Dragonshimmer have talked about this and I've issued one of my famous predictions. AND I BETTER NOT BE WRONG!!! I'VE BEEN 89.9% ACCURATE ON THIS STUFF SO FAR, SO MY REPUTATION IS ON THE LINE!!!!

XD XD XD

...moving on.

LOL, I just made an observation/prediction based on what I've seen. Something I'm gaining fame for.

Course, who could blame Ashley if I'm right? (which it's looking like I'm not, lol. My batting average just went down from .900 to .500 I think) Shatterheart is a pretty cool dude to be with, what with the hair and the attitude. Or so I think.

......

Uh...that didn't come out right did it? XD

You know, with all the stuff we talk about here, you have to wonder what the Executive Producer thinks about us talking about "will he go with her or him or what not? And what's the meaning of string anyway?" I'd like to think God chuckles at some of the things we do or think about.

Just be aware, Doc, that you are neither the first person to propose that union, nor, I'm sure, the last....

*looks to Shatterheart* remind me, what did we do with the last guy who said that?
Shatterheart: well of souls
Oh yeah, that's right.

But if you want to know the truth, I much prefer to be fictionally dating Shattersteve to farm boy. Maine is so much prettier than *gag* kansas. ;)
Now here's a dilemma, if I'm the PR leader, what happens when I mispeak and get all of one state to go against me? Oh that's right...UC IS the state of Kansas. Nevermind =P
