Danek's Messy Studio

Postby DanekJovax » Mon Oct 20, 2003 11:54 pm

Welcome to my messy corner of the Internet!

Here, I'll attempt to post some artwork, and some computerized tidbits that I've thrown together (aside from the avatar submissions in this thread: http://www.christiananime.net/forums/showthread.php?t=583).

Anyways, here's a little animation I made just for the CAA Official Bump Thread (you can read this thread here: http://www.christiananime.net/forums/showthread.php?t=893) that I took from a little bit of the opening animation in Azumanga Daioh...

The circular way the animation goes is supposed to indicate the 'never-ending' quality of constant bump posts. ;2)

I just wish the picture animated on this window. If it isn't, then simply click the image to see it animated. Enjoy.

That one took me about 3.5 hours... most of the work was on the deformation of the CAA Bump logo to make it fit the animated shape of the original Azumanga logo.

It was some tedious work, but well worth it. It helped me understand a lot more about PSP's Animation Studio as well as PSP's deformations.

Doomo arigatoo, minna!

I'm working on a few more, and as soon as they're done, I'll toss some small versions of em in here.

If anyone's interested in full-size versions, just PM me, and I'll get a .ZIP ready.

I love that bump logo! I think we should make that standard around here! LOL

(in response to an interview question "Do you have a pet peeve having to do with this biz?")
People who write below their abilities in order to crank out tons of books and make a buck. Especially Christian authors who do that. Outsiders judge us for it, and make fun of us for it, and it makes Jesus look bad. We of all artists on earth should be the most concerned with doing our best possible work at all times. We of all people should write with all our hearts, as if writing for the Lord and not for men.
