Preamble: I'm not gonna bring up any of the "hot, volatile" subjects that I have become so well known for addressing in this thread, so I request the mods to delete any posts of anyone who even alludes to any one of them in this thread.
Part 1: The appology.
I'm not sorry for the discussions and debates that I've brought up in the past. A human being has not learned how to think on a higher level if he or she has no motivation to rationalize or debate.
I am sorry for any discord that I've caused in this place and am sorry for any debates that flared up into more than just debates. I never enter any forum with the sole purpose of causing trouble or angering the moderators and administrators, and CAA is no exception.
I am sorry to those of you who think that I try to say that political party affiliation is more important than one's walk with Christ. The point I was trying to get across was that it is imporant to support Christian ideals in government over non-Christian ideals in government whenever possible, and that's where I'm gonna drop this topic because I fear that people will make further implications that will lead to me getting in more trouble.
I'm sorry to the administration and moderation in this site if I have come across as disrespectful in any way. I never meant to state, overtly or implicitly, that those in charge of this site are doing poorly at their job. I simply stated my opinion when I felt it would be good to do so. It's always been a rule of mine to respect those around you whether they respect you or not, and at all times I will continue to stick to this. Thus be the idea that I disrespect any person or group of persons here far from everyone's minds
Part 2: To shooraijin and the other mods and administrators.
I honestly don't think that you realize how much more impact your words have than a normal member's words. You all act as the representative voice of CAA in what you say, so naturally your words hold a lot of weight behind them. shooraijin made a comment directed towards me yesterday that was really augmented by the fact that he's a mod. It came neigh-close to ruining my entire day. Suggesting to someone that it'd be better if they "[found] somewhere else to post" other than the forum that they're already in and trying to act as part of the community in is very insulting and hurtful considering that you're one of the representative voices of this grand forum, and I'm not the only one who thinks that. I know someone's probably gonna come up with the whole "Sticks and stones... words will never hurt me" thing at least in their mind, but that statement is false. The pen is stronger than the sword, and so are words. Your words made me feel very unwelcome here, as have the words of the other representative figures when they state, overtly or implicitly, that I am a bad member or am trying to destroy the community of this place. I'm still hurting. Therefore, I, as one who's had experiance as a representative figure in large-scale online communities, will give you a piece of advice that you may or may not chose to follow (for I, as a simple member in this place, do not have the job of telling mods or admins how to do their jobs): when taking administrative action, do the action and provide a reason why you did it. Don't offer a critique on a member's behavior while you're at it. If you feel the need to address a member's behavior, do so in a PM; it's as effective as it needs to be.
Part 3: Conclusion.
I love this place, I really do. I told SonicRose earlier today that I hate this place, but that was just a moodswing of mine that I had in response to something else that happened here. I repent of that sin against you guys and ask for forgiveness; I was wrong in saying that. I pray that God bless this place and every membere herein, and I pray that the gates of hell will not prevail against this site in any way. I pray that any strife going on still will be alleviated and that friendship be built and restored where its needed. Everyone, be strong in your walk with the Lord and let nothing shake you from your unashamed faith in Jesus Christ. Amen.
