GASP! My computer! It's so beautiful!! *hugs it* I've been internet deprived for more than a week!! But you know, I wish I hadn't come back home. Arizona is the most awesome place!! It's so sunny and relaxed. Not to mention my best friend lives there. NJ is cloudy, gloomy, and stressful. I want to move back!!
I had the greatest time! When we first when we got off the plane and got driven to my friend's house by her dad there was a "Welcome [our last name here]'s" sign on their garage door. I showed her all about Trigun, which she seemed to like. I also showed another of my friends and my best friend's brothers it. They all liked it. Tim's (I think he's like six or seven years old) favorite character was Midvalley, Daniel's (he's twelve) favorite character was Legato, and he liked Vash a lot, too. My other friend, Roshelle's (fourteen), favorite character was Knives (WAAII!!). My best friend, Rebeka's, favorite character... I don't think she ever told me. I think she liked Dominique. She tends to like the female characters.
So, during our vacation with Rabeka's family, we had a backyard camfire with roasting marshmallows, I bought the rest of the Trigun DVD series, I LOST MY FOURTH VOLUME OF TRIGUN MAXIMUM (I was so sad. I almost hyperventalated when I realized I had lost it the day before we had to leave. They felt bad for me so Daniel and Rebaka gave me five dollars to help me get a new one. I love them. ^^), we went to Gameworks (and I spent most of my credits on DDR XD), Roshelle, her dad, my dad and I went to see The Ring Two, we wrestled a lot (Rebeka is a brown belt in karate and I'm a yellow, but I was stronger than her, so I won probably 65% of the time), we went to Dairy Queen (!), we painted our faces (mine as Orochimaru), we went into the mountains to watch a sunset, we drew pictures of Trigun characters from my manga, we went to the park to have a Saturday Easter egg hunt and ride in their wagon and throw boomerangs, and a lot more that I can't name them all.
Did I mention that Rebeka has the cutest three year old brother on the planet? Andrew is adorable. He loves showing off and making people laugh. He knows a little sign language (even though he can still hear okay. He's only deaf in one ear.) so when he wants to say something and we can't understand, he just signs it. And the way he talks and uses expressions is just so kawaii. He has the funniest smile.
I never realized how hard it was to talk about Trigun in an airport until now. I kept trying to talk about Knives, but I wasn't allowed to say his name in the airport! My dad suggested I call him Mr. K., so I did. It was pretty funny. I drew a picture of him on the plane and labled him Mr. K. He didn't look very happy about it *lol*.
Rebeka thinks Knives lives inside me, because I act like him so much, sometimes. Sometimes, she says, "Operator, can I speak to Lunis?" (actually she says [my real name here]) I say, "Hello, this is Lunis," and we carry on. One night, she said goodnight to me, and there was silence for a few seconds. Then I said, "What about Knives?" she said, "Operator?" Me in an operator voice, "Yes?" Her, "Can I speak to Knives?" Me in a bit of a lower voice "This is Knives." "Goodnight." "Goodnight." *sigh* I'm so obsessed.
