I like "Quirky and fn." Love Hina ain't all that bad... When I'd hear about it, I guess my imagination went a little to far. Yeah, the Japanese voices are really good.

And I'm a bad editor, but it's fixed now. And for future reference, PMing me will get typos fixed much faster than poking fun at them in a thread.

Heh, I was hoping to write this review, but was beaten to it, perhaps I could write a manga review for nowhere (as this site doesn't have manga reviews).
Basically it's a fan service anime and that's where all the jokes come from.
I must disagree that it is only fanservice where all the jokes come from. I say this as both the manga and the anime had a heavy dose of satire on several things, anime and video game cliches for example. Also, compared to the manga, I think they get credit for toning down the fanservice.

Ya vary true. They did do a good job on cutting down on the fan sevice in the anime but i still think that the manga had a better story line.

Yeah, that is true. But I was addressing to show everyone that that's where the humor is drawn from. It does get very humorous without the fan service but I felt that needed to be pointed out.

I was very pleased to see in the Christmas special to see th efan-service toned down to a bare minimum but compared to the Spring speical :shady:

There was more than I wished for.

Yes, but probably better expressed in a less absolute sentence; "where much of the jokes are" would be a good phrase for example.

I feel sorry for poor Keitaro. Always getting beat up by Naru and Mokoto. Is it me, or does he never get the chance to explain himself?

Rarely given the chance to explain himself and rarely believed when he does. At least he has an astounding resilliancy for surviving all manner of abuse, even what would kill others.

Indeed. Kinda hard to not run into accidents when you're the only guy in a girls' dorm... Heh.
BTW, I like your screen name, Ghostonthenet. (Partly because, I think I actually get it.)

On the subject of the humor, I think that's one reason why this series gets funny cause it's not really his fault nevertheless, he gets blamed for it and hurt.

I do catch myself cracking up at certain parts of both the anime and manga. My friend defined it well as "the fan service is not what makes it funny...it's what happens afterwards with Keitaro that is hilarious" and I agree.

I'll pass on it myself...o_o
Heart of Sword's Rhapsody

Money, get away
Get a good job with good pay and you're okay
And all and all you're just another brick in the wall
Shoutin’ in the street gonna take on the world some day
But Bismallah will not let me go
Because I'll see you on the dark side of the moon

Tommy used to work on the docks
Union's been on strike
Bright eyes burning like fire
And exposing every weakness
However carefully hidden by the kids

Who will love a little Sparrow
Who's traveled far and cries for rest
Spare him his life from this monstrosity

I've seen a million faces and I've rocked them all
And if the band youre in starts playing different tunes
We will we will rock you
We will we will rock you!

[Pink Floyd fan listening to Queen and hugging trees which is also known as taking care of God's creation with a pair of headphones on listening to Nightwish as loud as possible while writing a novel on a computer in the middle of a field filled with Wolves.]
