I think you guys missed Chichiri's point--he said NOT to throw a bunch of verses at her, and that to do so would be ineffective.
Sorry, getting her to hate gay people is not a good idea. Hate gives rise to violence. It would be stupid to think that making her hate gay people now would be easily reversible later in her life.
Um...I don't think he meant hating homosexuals...he wrote homosexuality. That would be like saying I hate rape. I think its a vile thing. Love the sinner hate the sin.

It's as if the trash starts to accumulate in one's mind at first but no one suspects it. Long before you know it, it overflows and out it comes as expressions of oneself, whether it's from writing, drawing or even acting it out.
Now, when do parents get involved? Speaking from experience, my parents stumbled upon the offensive material and merely confiscated it. Strangely, not a single word was said about it, but it was enough to make one super ashamed. In such a case, it greatly helped to curb the habit. I don't know whether it may work for your sister. Just wanted to share such an experience.
Maybe, but that's you. If her sister is not a Christian, she probably would not think like that. Also, her mind is younger and less mature. So on her own, I don't think she'd rationalize it like that as in general, most people don't. People hate rape AND the rapists.
hating homosexuality will inevitably lead to hating gay people as well.

According to your arguement then, your just as wrong as I am. Your not in there head. People deal with things differently based on there level of faith yes.
