Reflection: Directors Cut

I started watching this movie and nearly started crying like four times. Man this movie is loaded! I had to stop cause I couldn't stomach it. I must be such a softy, not that I mind that

I also learned that Koaru's mega cutness is totally ruined by a wedding outfit. Ohmygosh!! I didn't know you could make her look ugly

Well anybody else had the chance to see this yet?

I just watched the whole thing. I am reminded why I can only watch this movie rarely. It is so hard to take.... :waah!:

Well the wedding, Kenji's birth and shots of his childhood(which are the only funny parts in the movie) a scene where Koaru askes Kenshin to please mary her, a scene between Saito and Koaru (Saito looks mega sweet in the movie animation) and I beleive that thats all I have run across. Definatly worth a look.

Edit: Yea thats pretty much all the new stuff. There may be some small new shots but thats the major stuff.

I haven't seen the Directors Cut yet, but I saw the first version. I think that everyone was drawn better in the OVA than in the TV series

I tried to sell my previous version of Reflections at FYE today to buy it, but they said I had to wait til Mon. or Tues., otherwise speaking the New Year.

Bummer.

I am gonna sell my original back. I have to wait for a store meeting though.

Ya the animation is way better in the OVA's.

Bah...I tried the other FYE in town. They looked it over and said something about they couldn't take a DVD with scratches. There were only like 2 little scratches that I saw, though I didn't observe too closely but it still didn't look bad. It plays fine and I have everything that came with it, including that little survey card. It's in good condition, as far as I remember it's only ever in my player or in the case.

*calms*

Anyway, I guess I'll try the other FYE around here and see if perhaps they might take it. In case they don't, can anyone else recommend any stores that buy used DVDs and would give me a good price?

Looking through their selection, EB games looked a little cheap, but if I must force my hand.

As for Gamestop, they'll probably be my next resort.

I was going to get it this past weekend, but these people were like: You shouldn't get that. ******* dies in the end you know. And I'm like, "dot dot dot... thanks alot. :glares harshly:" (I already knew that, but had successfully forgotten over the six months from when I had first learned it.)

Then I called dad to see if it would be ok to get a dvd, and he's like: "well whatever you do just remember that the consequences of spending your money will come back to haunt you forever and ever."

Me: " dot dot dot... -_-; that doesn't help at all..."

*sigh* But I do plan to get it when I get DNAngel 2 this weekend! :determined pose: YESH! >O! I shall see my lovely Soujiro... oh. r_r;... and kenshin of course too... u_u;
