Yo!!

I've just been wondering do any of you remember or like Speed Racer?almost everyone Anime fans or not have seen or heard of Speed Racer. Please tell me you have heard of Speed Racer! If your really young though chances are you have not heard of it. But SR is a real classic anime! For those of you who haven't seen it can now pick up the dvd with the first 11 episode for like 14 bucks!

I have heard of Speed Racer. I used to watch it on Cartoon Network. It's a real classic dubbed anime where everyone talks funny. Too bad the subtitles will probably never come here. The dubbed version is very enjoyable, but for some of the wrong reasons. I still liked it, however.

I use to love speed racer! I'm sure I would still love it if I saw it today. Haven't seen it in years, though...

I remember it from long, long ago. I like it very much. I also remember the few times Cartoon Network aired the intro (Japanese sub) as sort of a commercial. For some reason I found it very funny. I saw Speed Racer 2 and it didn't seem like the Speed Racer I liked as in a bad sequel.

When I was like 3 or 4 Speed Racer was almost all I watched. I loved Speed Racer!

Actually, I quite enjoyed speed racer as a kid. Was too ashamed to admit it to anyone, but I liked the show a lot, even being a girl. And racer X! Wooo, I liked him a lot. The one episode I remember very, very clearly, was the one where Racer X saved Speed and brought him back to his house, and ALMOOOOST discovered his secret identity (duh, his brother). To my 8 year old mind, that was so unfair he never found out.

Anyone seen the Dexter's Lab spin-off on Speed Racer? Now that was hilarious. "Racer D!"

All I saw of the Dexter/Speed satire was from a clip I saw in an AMV, and the caption under it was: "Now: Cloning technology is improving" and showing a side-by-side comparison of the original speed in front of his car and Dexter in front of his car... hilarious!

Yeah, I remember that spoof. lol. I like all the anime spoofs in Dexter's Lab. Like the Abh looking guy, and the G-Forge/Voltron/Godzilla episodes, and also a DBZ quote in an episode. There was also a car commercial with the exact same quote.
