Hello, everyone... I just have one question that's been bothering me...

Attached is an image of a young prince from a Clamp manga. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find out who he is... I thought he was Fye from Tsubasa, but the art style seems to be from a different manga.

Can anyone help me? :sweat:

My first guess was Nokoro, from CLAMP School, but it could be Tsubasa Li. I don't know.

I just got X/1999 volume 16 in the mail yesterday. It was really cool, but waaaaaay too short!! I can't believe that America only has two more volumes to go before we catch up with Japan

CLAMP, WHY won't you finish X!? Viz better keep their licence on the series until it's finished, there should be no dumping at volume 18. Anyway, it was a great volume because it had the conclusion to Seishiro and Subaru's relationship. They are two of my favorite characters in the series. The action was also explosive and beautifull, as usual. There was one line in it that I really liked!

"It may be hard for you to see, but no one in this world is beyond the reach of love. Even if you have sins that can never be made right...you are still allowed to love"

Thanks for your guesses, Rocketshipper! He does look a bit like Nokoru, but his costume suggests a more medieval/fantasy novel like Tsubasa. Syaoran (from Tsubasa) is a good guess, but the hair is a little different.

You're probably right... I'll have to look up another picture online.

I always get all mopey when I hear:
1) Subaru and Seishiro: T.T I love X/1999, so when I picked up Tokyo Babylon, it was just so heartbreaking to see how drastically Subaru and Seishiro's relationship changed.
2) Finish X/1999: >.O; Yeah, they REALLY need to get around to that. xD; Maybe that's why I haven't picked up Tsubasa or XXXHolic yet - I grudge them for starting those series and not finishing X. :sweat:

I don't remember where I got the image from... that's what annoyed me. I can't recall, but I think that he is a lesser-known character from Tsubasa. I saw his name on only a few sites and I did an image search on google with his name.

The only thing is... I don't remember his name! I'm positive that he's a Clamp character and the image seems to be official.... But I can't figure out what his name is! *sigh*

Maybe that's why I haven't picked up Tsubasa or XXXHolic yet - I grudge them for starting those series and not finishing X.

I have a feeling that those two series may actully effect the outcome of X in some way. XXXHolic takes place in the same world as X/1999, and there seems to be something big going on behind the scenes between Yuko and Clow, and then there is the mysterious villain of Tsubasa.

I got the new issue of Anime Insider, and it had the article on CLAMP!! YAY! They gave a review of every single CLAMP manga series and talked about a few of their animes. Most people know that CLAMP drew Doujinshi before they went mainstream, but did you know that some of the Doujin they drew was for Ronin Warriors, Devil Man, Saint Seiya, and Star Wars! And did you know the group used to be 12 people? It was a really cool article. The manga they gave the highest ratings to were X, Clover, and XXXholics (5 "mokonas" ^^) and Cardcaptor Sakura and Shirahime Syo (4 and 1/2 "mokonas")
I don't agree with all their rating, (I would have given five mokonas to Tokyo Babylon, Man of Many Faces, and Tsubasa as well) But it was still a cool article.

Tsubasa is awesome! It's quickly becoming one of my favorite mangas. Besides the fact that it has Sakura-chan in it ^_^, I just love the fantasy-esque, dimension-hopping storyline, the crossovers and cameo appearances of different CLAMP characters, and the funny interplay between the main characters. And the artwork is *gorgeous*!!! The style of the characters is so cool, almost ethereal. I find it abit tough to tell the ages of the characters, though. I was just thinking about this the other night. Does anyone know/have a guess as to how old the main characters in Tsubasa (Fai, Kurogane, Li, Sakura, and of course Mokona) are?

Oh, and my Christmas list for CLAMP characters! I'm going to have to give that one some thought and post again soon!
