[quote="kaji"]I like Casting Crowns, Reliant K, Big Dismal, and The SuperTones.
There are many others, like Five Iron Frenzy (those guys are fun live), but they sings a lot of random songs that don’t necessarily have anything to do with Christianity.

It’s all good. ]

Five Iron had sooo many random songs (I own every single one of their CDs..w00t). But, the nice thing about Five Iron was that their songs that had to do with Christianity were always really really powerful. I.e., Dandelions, Every New Day, World Without End, Far, Far Away, etc. But yeah, FIF had so many random songs. Still, so awesome...

Well . . . I checked every post and my two favorite Christian bands haven't been named yet. Didn't think they would be.
They are:
Ultrabeat
Andy Hunter
They're not very well know but both are just my style.

Nice taste. All five of those bands are great (FIF the most, but still >_>;). Nickel Creek is pretty rad. They're relaxing to listen to.

I like the O.C. Supertones.

Musically, they're not that great anymore. They've only declined over their last 3 or 4 albums IMO, and others I've talked to agree with me.

But they still manage to deliver deep messages and hit you hard with them like a ton of bricks. Even listening to some of their first few CDs nowadays, I can still think "Oh, I see what that line is trying to say now."

I went to one of their live gigs here in Michigan a couple of years ago. It was pretty cool I guess. There was some fat guy sitting in front of me and to the right who was just busting loose right in his seat. He was somehow skankin' in his seat. Not standing on his seat He was totally sitting down. I know, it's hard to believe, and I can't explain it.. but I saw it! :wow!:

It was a blast.

Finally another MxPx fan...I thought that I was alone here. Andy Hunter and Ultrabeat are both great techno artists...They just aren't quite my favorites. But they both are cool. The Ultrabeat guy has helped make a techno praise and worhsip CD called Epraise...(I think thats the name.)

And two other bands that I really like who I can't believe I forget before are Slick Shoes and Superchic[k] .

I love both of them. Andy Hunter's CD is great, and I hear he's working on another one.

You might also be interested in redsavior, Prophetica, or Indikator.

Have you ever given Mortal a try? They're Christian industrial and, I must say, are very rad. FMZ4 is one of the coolest songs ever.

I HIGHLY recommend Mortal. Dancey beats, dark vocals...it's just some awesome industrial with a great message. Get either Fathom or Nu-En-Jin if you go looking for their CDs. Those are their two best, IMO.

Or...(Sings) That voice inside my brain...Elvis Talking to me again...I think I'm going insane...He says that he's my freind.

So what other christian punk bands do you like? The Undecided and Noggintoboggan are also very good ones...Makeshift 3 also.
