Im kinda worried....I havn't had anything to eat and I mean anything...nothing, zip, squat for 2 whole days. And I havn't been hungry.

Is this normal. I'm usually the guy that finished everyones food if they cant finish it at resturants or who is always up for seconds when availiable. But for 2 days I havn't had nothing to eat. It's kinda wierd...and freakin me out.
I'm not nervous or scared. I'm just not hungry.

Hmm...I dont know what that could be. But I know that when I have a cold or some other illness I don't eat as much. And then sometimes when your mind is occupied with something a lot or you engage in a lot of activity you don't really notice that you're hungry. Then again, you did say it's been 2 days...Anyway, just eat something, even if you're not feeling hungry, just to be sure that your body is still getting nutrients.

Yeah true. However, I had a bowl of cereal and I felt very full. I will usually have like 4 bowels for starters .

Thanks for the suggestion though. I'm going to school tommorow so I should proably eat breakfast.

Eat even when you're not hungry. Your body needs that stuff to funtion.
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

Going with what Shatterheart said - maybe even if you're not hungry you could drink an instant breakfast, perhaps just carry one around with you so that you remember to eat.

Will pray for you, too.

Do you have any reason to think you may be sick and it is affecting your appetite?

This happens to me too sometimes. I'm also like you in that I usually eat a LOT. But sometimes my body will start going "Ok, I've had enough, let me burn off that excess energy before you go crazy on me again." So it's kind of like a self-regulating mechanism that keeps my body to a reasonable size while allowing me to go into feeding frenzies.

I wouldn't worry about it. If you're still freaked out I would recommend having noodle soups and/or salads, something light.

On the bright side, the average American can go a month or so without eating before they die, so a day or two won’t kill you. Really, don't worry too much about it; that happens to me at least half a dozen times a year. Food just suddenly loses all appeal for anywhere between three days to a week. Just watch what you do until you get eating again, easy to get fatigued quickly and dizzy if you aren’t careful. If push comes to shove and you start really freaking out about it, go stick your head in the fridge and smell everything in there until something smells remotely edible, and then chow down.

Have you been feeling depressed/overly stressed out lately? That sometimes has a lot to do with appetites.

I remember when I literally had to force myself to eat for two whole weeks. It was January this year. I was, let's say, under a lot of emotional duress (wimmen will do that to you).

I'm not presuming that you have girl problems! Really, I'm not! But if you can't eat, at least drink. You can last longer w/o food than you can without water.

LOL @ Ingemar

I once went nearly a whole day without eating anything: I was pretty busy and simply couldn't find the time. Funny, after a couple of hours I wasn't even feeling hungry anymore. But once that big, delicious juicy Whataburger Double Cheesburger hit my mouth..... oh man.... best burger I ever ate in my life. ;)
