You're welcome. Anytime. At least then I can say that there was some use to the hours I've spent reading Titans comic books.

This is slightly off topic, but I saw some pictures from the old comics online, and...I'm glad that Starfire's design changed. I know that back when she was created it probably wasn't so...rediculous looking, but between that poofy, curly hair and....really weird costume...she looks like some sort of insane former 80's girl group member.

I missed the Brother Blood episodes, so I didn't think about the bee girl. As to the Cyborg/Blood relationship, I think that they really didn't acknowledge it because I think that they might be setting up for Cyborg to leave. I came to this conclusion because at the end of the episode when the Titans are back at the Tower and leaving to stop a crime, Robin comes back to get in to get Cyborg. Robin says it's time to go and runs back out. Then Cyborg says, "Maybe it is." I can't convey the tone here but it sounded like he was thinking about leaving. I took it as a type of foreshadow.

I though the whole "Maybe it is" thing was about Cyborg letting go of his personal quest against Blood (or at least starting to) and starting to work with the rest of the team again.

And yeah, I don't like the original Starfire look either.

So, what did you think of the most recent episode? I thought it was decent.

What does everyone think the season finale will be like? I hope it will live up to the other two. Brother Blood is a lot like Slade, so I don't know what to expect.

I've read some about it and I'll say I wasn't expecting what happens, but it was bound to happen eventually.

Personally, Brother Blood seems like a milktoast Slade, but perhaps I just need to give him more development.

When is the season finale, by the way? Catching just the end of a season is probably a bad idea, but it will probably be worth it.

There are at least 4 eps left, so I'd say a month unless they go for the Ol' pause and play the finale 3 months later.

I wonder what the possibility is that the series will be extended beyond four seasons. However, that wouldn't be a bad number for a series. They could have accomplished more in those four, but they weren't bad. Not that I'd mind seeing more.

I like Teen Titans. It's one of the best American cartoons on right now, and probably the best one still airing new episodes. It has entertaining stories and good and often funny characters.
However, I hate it when people call it anime. I'm just touchy on that issue. Anime is strictly Japanese cartoons. Teen Titians is anime-inspired, but not a true anime. It's a great cartoon, and I don't mind in many ways that it mimics anime as it's probably a respectful reference to it, and just shows what an impact anime has made overseas. But it's still an American cartoon.

Initially, let me say that this thread should not be dragged off topic. We've had this discussion too many times before. However, I will briefly outline another position, for general understanding.

As you know, the term anime is just a Japanese word for animation. By the strict definition, American (and French, British, etc) animated series are all anime. People who would prefer to call Teen Titans anime are merely looking at the word from a different angle.

It's my understanding that the Japanese themselves refer to all animation as
Anime. But that is getting off topic.

Getting back on,I really think that TT has been one of the better shows that
CN has come up with.If it does end with only 4 seasons I shall be a bit sad.
Hopefully though by that time two things will have happened:
1)We will finally learn who Slade is and what his over all agenda is especially why he has been so fixiated on Robin.
2)Robin and Starfire will have openly admitted that they're in love.

Maybe Slade is Robin's father! Ahahaha! I dunno, maybe they'll doing a Star Wars Spoof thing? XDD

2)Robin and Starfire will have openly admitted that they're in love.

Ooh they better! ^o^

And, to add on...
3) They'll free Terra!!

Well, technically we already do. Slade = Slade Wilson = Deathstroke the Terminator, a genentically altered international assassin, if I'm not mistaken. What will really be a shock to people's system is when they show his face and keep it similar to the comics.

I just saw it too. What i found funny is when both Starfire and the moth guy where calling for larva thingy. The Moth dude is like, "Come on Z####, who made you in a testtube and raised you? Yes I did...." THough... I've seen better episodes.

I loved the episode. I thought it was one of the best in recent memory. But then, I like the strange, zany stuff. There were a couple of times where I burst out laughing, although the episode did drag at points as well.

Starfire often adds humor to the show. Her naivete is amusing.

The funny thing was, though, with that whole sofa line she was just playing coy because Robin found her looking for Silkie, who had apparently eaten the sofa. She played naive and quickly ducked out of the room.

Twas great.

I'm so sorry...I'm so scared of bugs and anything that looks like bugs!!! @.@; I don't even like to kill them because I'm so scared that their guts will come out!!! I was able to tolerate Caterpie from Pokemon..but Silkie..was so wormy....T.T

DATE WITH DESTINY!!! How cute!! Well, Starfire was alittle childish about Robin's date with Kitten...but it was so cute in the end!! I wish they would've shown their dance as Prom King and Queen....How romantic...but when Kitten and her boyfriend kissed...X_X Yucky....He had fangs...he didn't have lips..fangs...

Date with Destiny is one of my favorite episodes. ^^ It was funny to see it referenced in the new episode, too, preticularly Beast Boy's summery of it. "You were like 'grrr', and Robin was like 'blehhh"..."
