One of those times is in Joshua 10, where the sun stood still for the Israelites for half a day so that they can win a battle they're fighting.
I'm not sure, but I think the other instance you're thinking of is in 2 Kings 20:1-10. Hezekiah was ill and asked for a sign to indicate if God would allow him to recover. He then saw his shadow move forward ten paces, indicating that God had decided to heal him. Whether or not that's a time anomaly or an instance of when the sun moved back or not, I don't know, but that's the closest thing I can think of...
