Forgive Me , Please.......

Postby lonelyone » Sat Sep 11, 2004 11:08 pm

I Just Had To Come Back One More Time, And Ask For All Caa Members, And Caa Guests, To Please Forgive Me!!!!!!! I Don't Want To Have To Answer To God For Not Coming Back, And Asking For Forgivness!!!! I Know That I Am A Drag, Dop, Geek, Pain, And Others That I Cannot Post. I Truly Want To Get Things Right With You All Before Judgement Day!!!!! And Regarding My Depression, I Have Tried Medicine, And Counseling Both, And Guess What I Am Back To Where I Had Started!!!! Nobody Want A Pain In The Butt Like Me, Talking About Depression All The Time, I Don't Blame You!!!! And What Is All My Fault, It's To Much To Add, But I Screwed Things Up Big Time, And Everything I Touch Adds To Dust, Not Gold!!!!! I Hope This Has Cleared Everything Up With Everybody Now, And I Hope It Goes Thru Too. I Have Had Depression Most Of My Life, And It's Sucks, Bit Time, I Wish My Life On No One Here, Never, Be Glad You All Do Not Have Depression Like I Do, Farewell All, I Hope No Hard Feelings Anymore, Like I Said Earlier, I Don't Want To Have To Answer To God, On Why Doppie Me, Never Came Back, And Try To Fix Things Up From The Past. I Wish Depression Never Was Here!!!!!!

You've never given us a chance to get to know you. It's difficult to get to know someone who is always saying, "sorry." When you're looking down in the sand constantly you never notice anything around you. You never see the eyes of concern from a friend. You never see the beauty of the waves as they crash, or the sunset on the horizon. You never see anything but the sand.

Please look up and let us see what you look like through writing something other than that you are sorry.

I would love to know who you are, even just a little.

Even Christ, once you have fallen before him and asked forgiveness for your sin doesn't want you to stay a slave to your sin, mulling over how horrible you are. You are free when you are in Christ. You are free to enjoy the life He's given you. You are free to live and walk. He is our joy, and I would love to talk to you about that sometime.

Pm me, lonelyone. ^___^ okay?

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.

Depend on it. God's work done in God's way will never lack God's supply. He is too wise a God to frustrate His purposes for lack of funds, and He can just as easily supply them ahead of time as afterwards, and He much prefers doing so.

I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times." It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach. He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

I forgive you, and more importantly God forgives you. IM me if you want to talk! ^^ Remember, that if God is for us, none can stand against us, not even depression! Go to the great Healer, and let Him heal you of your depression. Even though i know nothing of depression, i know God knows all about it and all about you.

lonelyone, it sounds like you're going through a lot. Even though I cannot claim to know you well, I would like you to know a few things:

1. I will be praying for you and for your depression constantly. Be aware that depression is not uncommon amongst Christians. In fact, one of my three Biblical "role models" (that is, people mentioned in the Bible whose lives speak to and echo my own (other than Jesus, who is the ultimate role model, of course). They come from my name, but that's another story), Jeremiah, suffered from it a lot. Many are never completely free of it, but God has and is always there to help you. Whether it be through His Word, His Plan or through His servants, God will help you.

2. As echoed by those who have posted, feel free to contact me if you need someone to talk to. I can't claim to have any special expertise, but if you just want someone to listen to you, I can do that, and I will do what I can to help you.

3. I would like to echo kaji's advice to PM true_noir_chloe. She ministers and helps a LOT of people here on CAA, and I'm sure she would be more than willing to help you.

I used to suffer with depression constantly especially last fall and winter. I finally realized it was not only because I was destroying myself, but I was trying to keep God out of my life. If you want to talk more about this IM me any time.

I used to be depresed and i had physical reasons to be. But all i did was feel sorry for myself all the time. And that doesn't help anything. How are you to get over depression if you keep beating yourself up over things? If you keep looking at the bad you'll always be depressed. I believe people don't need medicines for depression it's just a state of mind you put yourself into. I don't know why you are depressed but you'll never get over it if you dont face it head on and first of all forgive yourself (if you had something to do w/ it). How can God forgive you if you don't forgive yourself? And of course people will get annoy w/ something always looking at the bad all the time, believe i've been there. "Honely, It suck to be around someone who is always negitive b/c it changes the atmosphere of everything. It ruins the day for others. Someone will try to help and you just give a negative respones." That is what my best friend told me whenever i was depressed. ANd it's true.

You'll never get over depression if you think everything will alway get worst. The best thing is to pray for forgiveness and let God deal with it. What is done is done. Then start lifting your head "out of the sand" and live your life. I say this not of ingnorance but from experince. I dont mean to come off "mean" or "not understanding" but how can anything change if you don't give yourself and give yourself that oppertunity? The way i look at it (though not the best) is that there is someone eles out there in the world that has it really bad. Whether poor, no home, dissabled etc. Your lucky to have what you have. I take it that your most likely young around 14 or so, correct?IF that is that case you still have the rest of your life to live. ANd always remember the world isn't fair. It sucks but it's true. Some people are dealt a bad hand but all you can do is make the best of it. People will understand, no one is perfect. And i do hope the best for you, just always keep a positive outlook on life.

I don't really know you, and I don't know what you're sorry about, but whatever it is you're forgiven for it in my book and in God's (His being more important but yeah) Depression is rough, I was diagnosed with it at one point (and still stuggle with it occasionally) the thing that always helps me get over it when I get down about my past or whatever is to remeber that ALL of my life is in God's hands, He holds your past, your present and your future, and He won't drop you, ever. When you dwell on darkness and depression it's like grabbing the bad stuff back from God.... I'll quit raving now, but if you want to talk pm me anytime, I'll be praying for you.

I don't think you have anything to apologize for, dear!! Really! There's no reason for you to leave. Afterall, depression is a struggle, and we Christians are suppose to come along side eachother and try to help bear some of the weight of that burden. If you ever feel you can, come back. We're not stopping you! :P
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.
