Eyeshine!! (For you Trigun and Wolf's Rain fans!)

Okay, this is for those of you who like the dubbed version of Trigun, Wolf's Rain, etc. The voice of Vash (from Trigun) and Kiba (from Wolf's Rain), Johnny Yong Bosch, is in a Christian alternative rock band!!!! The band's name is Eyeshine, obviously, and they've been together for 2 years. Johnny is the lead guitarist and singer. You should recognize his voice right away. There's some audio of some of their songs on their site in the media section. They're really good! Go check it out and tell me whatcha think!

P.S. There's also a link to their forum where you can talk to him and the others! His username is kermitfries, I think. Okay, enough rambling! :sweat:

LOL! This is awsome, Vash has a good voice...just kidding....Johnny does.

I like this, they remined me of Five Iron Frenzy, Thanks for the link!

I'm going to talk to him, and listen to more of his music!!!!!!! :dance:

I find this extremely interesting. I'm not a big music fan, but I am a Trigun fan and the one episode of Wolf's Rain I have viewed seemed decent. For some reason, I like the idea that the dubbed voice of Vash is from a Christian.

That would be significantly out of character. Saying "WOOOOOO!!!!!!!!" is only good for the soul if you were wanting to say it in the first place...

thank you for the info. it's nice to know the voice actor is in a christian band. I listened to there sound, they are really good, who would of thought. I will probably try to talk to him

talking to the voice actor of vash and kiba that would be fun.

WOW!! Ha! My brother and i always imagined what it would be like if vash was in a band with knives and legato :dance:

I love wolf's rain and haven't seen all the episodes yet.I'm watching it on CN.They should turn the trigun and wolf's rain songs into their songs.

It's rather rocky. They kind of sound like the band The Pillows (but of course if you have never heard The Pillows you won't know what they sound like, lol)

They're pretty much rock.. Not hard rock, but the nice kind of rock stuff.. Errr yeah...

I just listened to their mp3s. Awesome. I should look for their CDs if they've released them yet. It almost sounds like Vash is singing lead vocals. ^^

Yeah I know, thats totally what I thought, it was so weird hearing Vash sing! LoL, but I liked it, Johnny does a good job!
