It doesn't look as good as the manga, to me. How is it?

I thought it was pretty good myself ... it's very cleanly drawn and well-executed, IMHO.

I really like the art. I'm a bit biased, since I watched the anime before I read the manga, but I almost like the animated stuff better.

I don't know why, but I kind of like the anime's style rather than the manga's. . .>_>

mousey Yuki

Yuki's a rat...heh. Even cuter! (I just wouldn't be running around on the streets in rat form--if he were to turn back into a human, my he'd cause quite a panic..."Avert ye eyes!")

I just like Fruits Basket period.
Heart of Sword's Rhapsody

Money, get away
Get a good job with good pay and you're okay
And all and all you're just another brick in the wall
Shoutin’ in the street gonna take on the world some day
But Bismallah will not let me go
Because I'll see you on the dark side of the moon

Tommy used to work on the docks
Union's been on strike
Bright eyes burning like fire
And exposing every weakness
However carefully hidden by the kids

Who will love a little Sparrow
Who's traveled far and cries for rest
Spare him his life from this monstrosity

I've seen a million faces and I've rocked them all
And if the band youre in starts playing different tunes
We will we will rock you
We will we will rock you!

From what I've seen of the anime, Yuki and Kyo look stupid...to me atleast. They're cooler in the manga, it seems.

I really like the sytle of the anime, and I think the animation is nicely done. I have not read the manga, but from what I've seen I think the anime compares favorably to the manga--in fact, I prefer the style of the anime. Yuki is cute in his animal form (as are all the Sohmas, for that matter).

Kyou and Yuki look just FINE to me in both the anime and manga. To be frank, I prefer the anime to the manga artwise. In the case of Furuba, I don't care how the character looks, it's their personalities that count.

I think that the anime and the manga are great in their own ways. I love both styles and they suit their form wonderfully! ^_^
It is clean and clear in the anime and detailed and all in the manga, both are great.

Ok ummm... they really don't look that different. ;) Personallly I prefer the anime simply because I saw it first probably. But they copied the manga pretty faithfully. If you sit and compare them side by side they really aren't that different.
