Prayers for Baltimore

Postby Peanut » Mon Apr 27, 2015 6:53 pm

Hello Everyone. Keep Baltimore City in your prayers over the next few days. If you haven't had a chance to follow the news, riots broke out downtown today resulting in a large amount of property damage and injuries. Towson University was also on lockdown after a possible gunman was reported in the library though no one was found and its not clear if that was related in anyway. Needless to say its been a crazy day for everyone around here so any prayer would be appreciated.

Friend of mine who is on the east side of town has been forced to temporarily close his store out of concern for his staff's and customers' safety. Fortunately no looting or riot damage yet, but it is still having a significant financial impact on him. Prayers for restoration of peace and stability are urgently needed.

Praying.
He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God? -Micah 6:8 KJV
They have shewed thee, O teen, what is good; and what doth the world require of thee, but to fit in, be wealthy, have good looks, and be rebellious? -Peer Pressure 1:1
