My favorite carol of all time is the Twelve Days of Christmas. I just love that song, in any version!

I also like a non-traditional one called The Girl With No Name. It's been on the radio a lot and is sooooooo sweet.

Not too big on Christmas songs... but I have two favorites and I think this one edges out the other as I absolutely love it. It uses the Christmas story and takes some creative license with it for a rather poetic song IMO.

I can't decide between the songs Dream a Dream or Gabriel's Message from Charlotte Church's CD Dream a Dream. Another Christmas song I really like is What Child is This. And for a Christmas song that makes me LOL, you'll want Grandma got run over by a reindeer.
