His Past: Son Goku was sealed inside Mt. Gogyo (Mountain of the Five Elements) for 500 years, stripped of his memories, food and company, until a young Genjo Sanzo released him. When Sanzo is dispatched by the gods to journey to the west and stop a process that causes demons to go mad and attack humans, Goku accompanies him, along with Cho Hakkai and Sha Gojyo. He cares deeply for his friends, is loyal and protective.
Fighting Abilities: The gold headband he wears on his head is a device that controls his supernatural powers -- without this device, he changes form and becomes one of the most powerful and uncontrollable characters in the series. His weapon is the nyoi-bou, which turns into the three-sectional staff. He also has a keen sense of smell and loves a tough opponent to fight.

Fighting Abilities: Kenshin’s swordfighting abilities are excellent and his senses are very sharp. He has various fighting techniques but perhaps the most well-known is Hiten Mitsurugi Ryuu. He becomes more dangerous when he switches into “battousaiâ€
