sad that had to happen...

When playing paintball, you have know what might happen. Like not to jump around or tumble or what not which could break off the canister causing it to blow up.

Thier are to many new people who just dont understand and they get injured or killed cause of it.

Thats why I have my friends clean my gun cause they know what they are doing.

Whoa, and I was about to go paintballing for the first time this past weekend since I had nothing to do. Now...I'm afraid because death lingers around. Still, statistically anyways, the game is said to be safer then soccer and football.

I was kidding. I have an airsoft gun. I just like paintball better.

Edit to zedian. Its very unlikely that the tank would do what it did in those other places. i mean you could get killed walking down the street. Dont let this discourage you in playing paintball

paintabll is safe but like most things it has the possbility to be dangerous. People get hurt cause they don't know what they're doing.

my friend co2 tank cap blow he held on too it and it burnt his hand, but it didnt go flying, i work at a medical supply store and i deal with O2 tanks everyday there is 2000lb of pressure in every tank, man those thing fly fast

as with all things people should understand thier proper use, especilly things under high pressure, though i think the main problem is a manufacturer design flaw, if the markers were moded they could have failed to properly tourq the valve stem to the proper level, also another eason to understand what your doing.

I will definitly use that nail polish thing on my gun. I just got my tippman 98, and CO2 tank i don't want it to blowup or anything. That would make me cry. :sniffle:

I don't paintball, but my brother does. I've always wanted to go, but for some reason my mom won't let me.

One time my sister and little brother were sitting in the living room and all the sudden my older brothers CO2 canister blew up!

It was under a bunch of stuff when it happened, so it didn't fling into anyone.

I think I blew because it was too hot or something like that. *shrugs*

Paintballing sounds fun though. We have airsoft guns, but we never use them.

You know, I really don't know very much about airsoft. :sweat:

All I know is that it kinda hurts to get shot, and it's fun to shoot it. :brow:

But what I think we have is a couple of Desert Eagles. I don't know that for sure, I'll have to ask my sister or my dad (they know more than me).

Air soft is like paintball, only way different. The guns look way more realistic, and they shoot small plastic BBs. They don't hurt much when they hit you, but they leave small bruses. And like paintball you're supposed to shoot each other! ^__^ Also they shoot slow enough that you can see the BBs comin at you, and even have time to react! Which is awesome, it's like the matrix! ^______^

That scares me... good thing I've already tried paintballing or I proabably wouldn't... but I have and my little bro and his buddies (who know more about it than me) take care of my gun and junk for me :jump:

so I basically get to hide in terror and shoot at them. Airsoft sounds awesome. I have to go paintballing this summer... especially since one of my friends really wants to go since I raved at her about how awesome it is...

(off topic) ooh! You have a spud gun? (A.K.A Potato gun) (on topic) You really should try paintballing, you don't have to buy a gun you can just rent one at a paintballing place. I just went paintballing yesterday, IT WAS SO AWESOME!
