IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT ELIGIBILITY
I thought about it and I realized that no anime released in December will ever win. THEREFORE, the period of eligibility runs from November 1, 2010 to October 31, 2011. This means:

Hoshi o Ou Kodomo, which is released on November 25, 2011 was previously eligible and will no longer be eligible, which is for the best because no one will have watched it before nominations close.
The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya, which was released on December 18, 2010, was eligible last year, but no one watched it since it was released after the nomination stage (except me, who watched the eyecancer camrip), so it didn't pass the nomination stage. It is now eligible.
Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn is still eligible since at least one of its episodes was released in the eligible period.

FURTHERMORE, I have come up with a way to ensure that good anime don't lose a spot in the finals by chance, so feel free to nominate any titles you wish. Obviously, this will not work if five of you decide to do something like nominate Seikon no Qwaser ironically.
