It's a bit disappointing that Discord was taken down so easily. I know they had to wrap everything up so that it would stay a two-parter, but it's still a bit annoying that after how brilliantly he had planned everything else that he would just fall due to the writers making him an idiot out of nowhere.

Also, wow, thanks Hub, the show gives us cool new music over the end credits and you don't let us hear it because you have to play an ad for some stupid crappy show.

Hmmm a couple of thoughts.
I thought Discord took away their wings and horns? Yet in this episode they were all magically back? Even in the labryinth? Did they just forget about that?

Also, I felt REALLY bad for Spike.

Poor little thing.

And Nate, I'm not sure that it was solved as quickly as you think. I mean they went through a lot of issues, and honestly anything else would have been pretty repetitive. I was kind of hoping that Discord would be a season-long villian though.

Lessee OH! The bit with the cutie marks and the elements of harmony...Carebear Stare anyone? XD

Also, The RAINBOW OF LIGHT!

When Rainbow Dash left the labyrinth, the "game" was over and they were given their wings and horns back.

I was hoping Discord would hang around longer. ;_; Maybe we'll get lucky and someone will let him out again.

And I wanted a nod to the Cutie Mark Crusaders. They kinda kicked the whole thing off, but then they got pushed aside so the grown-ups could handle everything. :I

It was, though. Discord was victim of lazy writing. When the mane cast came up and used the Elements, he just kind of sat there. Didn't try to fight back or run. So...I'm a bit annoyed at that.

I dunno, following the sourced sites, it is generally the most accurate site out there (but I guess I should stop before I totally derail this)

This happened with season one too, apparently (the two pilots aired back to back and then there was a short wait until the third). But yes, October 15 is supposed to be when episode 3 airs and it should be weekly after that (barring special programming like if Hub does stuff for Christmas or whatnot).
