XD I think we established that you're un-American on a few other very American-ish things before too. Thus, I am not surprised.

Well, unfortunatly since I suddenly came down the the flu on Saturday night (and still have it now) I only woke-up in time to see the 3rd quarter... and even then I kept switching between the game and the new Pokemon movie with Zoroark on Cartoon Network. That tells you how important I thought the game was. However I'm happy the Packers won since I spent a couple of years in Wisconsin. *completes this with sneezing on the keyboard* :o Oh snap.

I'll tell you what the WORST ad was. The Groupon ad. I hope their business plummets after their "The people of Tibet have serious problems...but f*** 'em!" spot.

I noticed the players were taking every opportunity to do "victory dances" and "OH YEAH!" moves this year. Dude, you intercepted a pass. You haven't won yet. Chill.

Actually, now I remember what the best commercial was.

Your rack is unreal. Best commercial by far.

The second best ad: Coca-Cola border ad.

I'll tell you who had the WORST ads this year though. Doritos. Okay, I admit. The grandpa one was actually really good, probably third best. But the first one was just stupid and predictable, and the second one was so creepy and disgusting that I almost wanted to never buy Doritos again.

These commercials were upsetting to everyone at the party I attended. None of us could figure out why they would think this was a good idea.

If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. I just looked that one up on Youtube out of curiosity.

...Seriously, what? Way to perpetuate the "all Americans are greedy and selfish" stereotype. All that ad says is "I'm a giant d-bag and care more about my own money than anybody else in the world."

I sort of want to screencap it and shop a "forever alone" over his head. XDD

We actually ended up watching some of the suprebowl yesterday, even tho we didn't plan on it. My mom, my bro and I all got bored. XD

My friend asked me what team I was going for, I replied, "I honestly have no clue. Im just watching a bunch of sweaty dudes run around in tight colorful pants." XD; So, all this talk of teams, I dont know anything about either one of em'. o__o;; ........ But the ads were funny this year! XD For the most part.

Ok, I didn't watch the bowl, but I heard the National Anthem singer was flanked by red flags. Was that true?

And that was what they were going for in the ads. You should see their other ads.

If you're referring Christina Aguilera's epic fail, you'd be correct.
Notice at about a minute in, those dudes are glancing at each other like, "Did she just--?" Five seconds later, the crowd starts laughing.

Oh, also she did have red and white flags behind her, yes.

Yeah I missed her screwing up the national anthem. Mostly because I purposely muted it so I wouldn't have to hear it.

Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but I tune in to football games to WATCH FOOTBALL. I don't need to see some washed-up pop star sing some stupid song.

LOL, that's pretty much what I did. I didn't have to watch, but I did anyway. I missed the beginning kick off (and therefore the national anthem sung by whoever that was) but not much else of the game itself. Almost the whole family watched (or almost all of it), and Dad kept saying what a great game it was gonna be. XD I wouldn't have known the difference, I don't think (unless, like, one team got twenty points ahead of the other right off the bat XD). I think I really watched it for the ads... so Dad kept changing the channel to a car show in-between. Naturally. XD
