I love Homestar! He's cool.

I've got some friends who are obsessed with that site, I'm not entirely crazy about it, but they love it! They even bought shirts off the site.

I really like the 'Teen Girl Squad', they're really funny. And of course 'Trogdore' (did I spell that right?).

Rock on Homestar!

there's a thread called homestarrunner.com. You'll see what we think there if you'd like.
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

This site is awesome, I'm glad there are other Homstar fans onboard. I always check out StrongBad's emails when they become availible, and I love Trogdor (sp?), it reminds me of everything games use to be. My favorite of the random intros is the 'anime' take on StrongBad. :thumb: Kudos to the fans on CAA for representing.

Am I a fan? Have you read my signature? Each week, I included a new HS quote in my signature (which I will probably update in a few minutes if there is a new SB email ;) ).

My favorite characters are Strong Bad, and the King of Town.

What? No, never, no, no, never,no, what? No!

Strongbad is awesome. The only one that gets on my nerves is marzipan... She reminds me of one of my friends. She's a serious environmentalist and a bit nutty, and her voice sounds nearly the same except for the accents. My friend has a pseudo-brittish thing going on most of the time, but not always... Other times she just sounds like a Californian (not a surfer...)

YES!!!!!! the strongbad e-mails rock. he is my fave character, mostly because impersonating him is sooooo much fun. i love the holloween one where they tell a scary story, i have it nearly memorised. "and the robot had a human brain...ect." when my friends and i recite our fave homestar moments i'm always strongsad, dunno why maybe i'm really depressing and easy to pick on and they're all just pretending to be my friends and i didn't realize it :sniffle: , j/k i have awsome friends that would never do that, right guys... right....?
I don't sleep in class i just take really long blinks :wow!:

Happy Slave Dance!

"For sin shall not have dominion over you, for ye are not under the law, but under grace"-Romans 6:14 (guess wich book I love  )

"I'm forgiven and i'm livin' with no sin on my plate"- Relient K

"No God, No Peace... Know God, Know Peace"-random note on a teacher's cabinet, really

"can i have a flamethrower pleaaaaaaaaaase"- Calvin (calvin and hobbes)

"Not a monkey!"-Fang (Dave the Barbarian, yes i watch kids shows and am proud of it, sorta  )

I love that site. Some much fun and so much to do. The only thing that's a bit bad is the word crap and that isn't heard heaps. I love how its so creative, mostly clean humor and 80's references are mixed together: its so unique and funny. The guys who make it are so talented!

My fav characters in order are:

1. Homestarrunner - dumb, posh English weird accent

"I've got to stop drinking so much melonade, I think I've got a serious problem."

2. "StrongSad!, how long have you been standing there?"

3. The Cheat - cute, DJ, Flash animator - what more can I say?

4. StrongBad - evil, funny etc.

5. StrongSad - depressing but funny, incredibly bright, great artist, slow talker (I feel sorry for him sometimes).

All the characters are great, excluding Coach Z. I can't stand his accent or character.

Homestarrunner influenced me to create Flash animations.
I've got Flash, bought a Flash Cartooning book, I'm learning Flash basics at Tafe and I love cartooning! I'm on my way - but I think I've got a long way to go before I'm that good!

I christen this Homestarrunner thread #457893458907205235.01!

Seriously though, it's cool. Clean, clever humor! I've been watching since SB's greenscreen pre-MS DOS days. Honestly, what DOES his computer run on?

Ah.. Such catches as

Arrowed!

and... Children!

as well as... MSGed!

and who can forget... Cerebellumed!

Well I used to really like it but it gets repetitious once the novelty wears off
