Yeah, it would be easier weight-wise if I couldn't eat just anything. And it would be MUCH easier weight-wise if I didn't LOVE just about everything. Seriously, there are few foods on this planet I dislike.

QFT. Food is wonderful. And I will likely eat it if it's on my plate.

Started doing partial sit-ups for my tummy- sit on the edge of the bed, lie my top half down, then sit up multiple times. It's actually rather good for tightening those muscles.

I can't gain weight and got no health issues (That has to do with food at least >_>), so I eat whatever I feel like. And yeah, I never feel like eating vegetables. :]

I'm a weight lifter and I do aerobics....my diet has more protein than most people in it due to my weight lifting

I eat everything, just not all the time. I eat when I am hungry, slowly, and stop when I am full. I swim when I can, run when I can't, and start every morning with a few minutes of exercise to get the brain working.

I am not in good shape, not in bad shape, not obsessed with eating, not obsessed with not eating.

When it comes to health and fitness, I have found the middling road the best.
