Question: Where do questions go? am I supposed to post them here?

Well, that depends entirely upon your question. XD For instance, you may want to post a question here in the Tutorials forum, if you have questions about how to do something unrelated to CAA. Or, if you have a question relating to CAA, like "Why don't we have a _____ forum?" post it in the Comment Box and see if someone can reply. General questions should go into General, questions about anime or manga should go in their respective forums, movies in General Entertainment, music in the Jam Session, etc. etc.
Also, you can visit our Frequently Asked Questions thread if you have any questions that you don't feel are big enough for a thread of their own. In fact, that's probably where most of your questions ought to direct. XD
