Anyone watching The Tatami Galaxy? I'm really liking it, though I need to catch up a bit lol been busy and haven't watched a few of the newer episodes. Anyway anyone watching it? If so what do you think about it?

I've only seen the 1st ep, but I gotta say, the art is crazy lovely ;D The story's loopy & fun, too, which makes me glad hulu's got it up, yay!

lol yea! I love the art its awesome very different then most anime which I'm happy about, to be honest I get kinda sick when all the anime look alike I like some crazyness XD

I really loved Tatami Galaxy, it was so crazy story, dialogue and art wise it just made me happy inside. xD But...then it got too crass for me to enjoy it. ops: I might end up picking it back up again... maybe.

The Tatami Galaxy was definitely the most interesting show that was airing last season. I'm obviously going to compare it to Kaiba, the other Yuasa show I've seen, and while I don't like it as much as Kaiba, I thought it was really good. The character designs took a bit of time for me to get used to, but I enjoyed the other weird art in the series. The writing was the really strong point of the show, especially in the structure of the show, which threw me off a few times after I thought I figured out what was going on.
