Vinyl and PVC figurines

Hey, guys! Anyone else collect these? I got my first couple at Anime Iowa last year, and I love having them around. They're real nice to have. A couple of mine have fallen apart or broken all together, and I'm looking to glue them back together. Anyone have experience know what I need?

I have a few BandaiJapan 6" Godzilla and a Gamera vinyl figures from the MM series. Only five of them but I'd like to get my hands on some more. They're pretty cool.

I got a somewhat posable Nagato Yuki at Nakano Broadway in Tokyo. It came with some books and a folding chair, which is all she needs.

I love that place.

On-topic: I have some small figurines, like these:

One of 'em is broken. I seem to be reading that Superglue is the way to go. The other one is just... Yeah. If it tips over the whole thing falls apart. It's this:

And if it falls over all the pieces fall out, so I'm wanting to secure it. The other is a Tessa Testarosa from Full Metal Panic where the leg has come off. o.o

Going to have to be superglue, or possibly a specialty adhesive (check a craft store or hardware store) that is especially for PVC or Vinyl and test anythign on a non visible section of the model since some adhesives can damage plastics.
