So does that mean you would cliff Shirley, half-Britainnian Kallen, Lelouch, Nunnally, Anya, Cornelia, Guilford, Darlton, Jeremiah, Viletta, Gino, Euphemia, Rivalz and Cecile? So you wanna get rid of some of my fav characters? Plus, I think C.C. may be Britainnian as well [its an unknown but the characters say she looks Britainnian]. And plus, if you cliffed most of the Britainnian cast, we would have no story.

Although Lloyd's reaction to it would be hilarious.


In Azumanga Daioh, I REALLY wanna cliff Kaorin and Kimura-sensei. BADLY. Especially Kaorin. I wanna punch the screen when I see her face. They are totally unnecessary!!!

^ Kaorin's character is more low-key in the manga. They exaggerated it for the anime. I don't know why, though- because it is a little much for the show!

Given the nature of Azumanga Daioh, one could argue that any character is unnecessary with that logic. It would just take away a lot of the humor, which is what would happen if you took away Kimura or Kaorin. Now, admittedly, I've only seen the first episode of the anime, so I've only heard rumors of rumors of her supposed toned-uppedness, but saying they're unnecessary simply because they're their for comedy is like saying the whole cast of Azumanga is unnecessary.

I think, also, Airichan, that once you've gotten a little farther into Azumanga, you'll start to feel some sympathy for poor Kaori. She pretty much never catches a break. Or, if you still don't like her, maybe that will be cathartic...lol. In any case, I would agree with your dislike of Kimura. *shudders*

Kaorin is annoying in the anime but the fact that Kimura loves her the most just makes everything much more amusing.

Well, I'm just very sore about the racism the Japanese (or Elevens) had to put up with, especially the Shinjuku massacre in the beginning of the series.
And these Britannians just never shut their mouths, taunting the Black Kngihts during battle.

Okay, I like Euphemia. Though I am most bothered with the other Britannian characters who acted so horribly towards foreigners but were content with the new world peace in the end of R2, why the change of heart?
