So anyone in this small world play B-ball? Personally Basketball is my favorito(spanish for favorite) sport.  If you do play what position do you play? I play point guard.

I don't play, and I've never played on a team, but I like to shoot around just for fun. Basketball is a great sport, both to watch and to play.

I watch the playoffs here and there, though the Lakers are more and likely going to end up champions. I like to play it, though I never once played on a team---just to shoot around with friends or even by myself is nice. I am 6'2 but in no way can I dunk, I just hit the tip of the rim.

I was never much for fancy dribbleing but i used to play good defence at school, and I had a natural afinity to hitting threes. I never really liked to play a super serious game though.

I used to play for my church, forward and center. Stopped playing though, since I'm not that good lol.

Still, a fun sport.

Mostly intramurals in college and medical school, and on the high school team.

I was a four-year starter in high school and played one year in junior college. Two-guard was my position. My church has open gym once a week so I can stay sharp. I love basketball. Lots of fun!!!

Wow!! I thought it was cool enough to find out there are lots of Christian anime-lovers, but Christian-basketball-playing-anime-lovers??? It's like a dream come true!! T-T I've played since I was in the 3rd grade. I've played league, middle school team, and LOTS of traveling team tournaments for 2 different teams. I plan on playing through high-school and hopefully in college!! ^-^ *crosses fingers* I play high and low post, and sometimes wing. (I'm really tall for my age, so I can play low post, but I can dribble some, too, which is why I'm high post and wing sometimes. I hope I'm not bragging! -.-;)

I don't play in organizations anymore, but I do shoot some hoops regularly. I used to switch between power forward and center.

Somehow, that phrase and her Ed avatar really go hand in hand. ;)

Maybe because the best offense is a good defense (and vice versa).

I play AAU club basketball. I've heard it's just about the highest level of basketball for people my age. I play the post position, but am a little on the small side for a post. In a few years I'll probably be transferred to wing. But I'm not practiced enough at the wing. This may be a tough transfer.

Last year I played on a very upscale (and kind of expensive) AAU travel team. But this year since my family moved across the country, I had to join a different team (duh o_O). It's not quite as upscale, but still high level AAU. The longest my team has traveled is 2 hours, but on average the tournaments are about an hour away. We usually practice 3 to 4 days a week. I'm serious about basketball. When the season for my team is over in the summer, our team still practices, but it's less intense. During the summer, I also play in other leagues and go to basketball camps. Basketball rocks!! :thumb:

Well we could play at work (Weaponxxx and I work at the same store) But I don't think management would appreciate me dunking a cantelope into a trashcan nailed to my boss Ken....
