I Got Glasses 8D

Talk about anything in here.

My eyes are horrendously short-sighted. I had glasses originally, but I've had contacts for ages. My glasses are too weak now, so they're only for lazy days. Contacts + hayfever was originally really really bad, but after two years, they were never affected by hayfever again like that.

Two years? Must have been miserable.

Err... two seasons of spring. Over a period of two years, with at least 75% of that time not affected by hayfever....

Wow...I've got 20/20. Or at least, I think I still do, I haven't gotten my eyes checked in years. They didn't even check them when I got my Learner's Permit...of course, these were also people who, when I said I didn't know my weight or height, told me to give a good guess...XD

No, I don't think air was puffed in my eyes. Though they were dilated. 8|

The dilation doesn't last that long for me...

I only wear my glasses if I have no contact lenses ready, if I've been sleeping with my contact lenses in and my eyes start feeling tired, or if I've just had them in all day and still need to be able to read at distances > 2ft.
I would probably abandon contacts all together if I needed to correct far-sightedness and near-sightedness, which sadly may happen one day.

I don't look terrible with my glasses on, but I look much better without. Those colored contact lenses are cool, but I'm a guy, so probably not something I would do (besides, there is a reason brown is the dominant color among humans). Plus, they're expensive.

I am pretty nearsighted, and I only wear contacts for special occasions. Otherwise I have a nice pair of frameless glasses, and several pairs of funny-colored sunglasses. I think I've had glasses since early elementary school, I want to say when I was 7 or 8.

When I went in to get my first checkup, the doctor asked me 'Do you have glaucoma?' and like a typical kid, I responded, 'No, but I have a dog.'
