I admire St. Pete because he was so funny. And he was soooo incredibly nice. But now he's...gone!!! :sniffle:

First of all, I want to say thank you to all of those who admire me (at the beginning I was starting to feel like Rodney Dangerfield ;) ). I hope that I am a good example in the forums and in my daily life.

Second, there are several people not on the list who I would still consider to be my friends. This does not mean that you are not worthy of admiration, just that you are not necessarily admired by me. You are my friends, and I respect you, despite your absence from this list. :)

uc pseudonym-Honorable mention for having the most posts of any member. You write well, argue well, and most importantly, you are a strong Christian.

Ingemar-For sticking around despite having some doubts about Christianity. Hopefully I can help you with those in time.

Volt-Your enthusiasm and positive attitude come through even in your posts. I know you are an encouragement to a lot of people. :)

Shoorajin-For succeeding in a profession that would drive me insane. ;)

Rev.Doc.-For serving the Lord as a full-time minister. I've considered such a path more than once in my life, and I may yet follow it.

Omega Amen-I personally do not admire you (due to the fact that I don't know you very well), but from the sheer number of times you appear on this list, you must be doing something right. ;)

That's all for now. If I forgot someone and they complain, I'll add them later. :P

I need to mention a few more that are worth mentioning, as someone I admire here on CAA.

Spiritsword, because he's helped so many young kids here, and he leaves himself so open to help others. He always has something kind to say - always, and is spiritually uplifting. He's one of the young Christian men that I admire very much here.:thumb:

Mave, because she has a great heart for the Lord. She is my favorite manga-style artist here, and I'm so blessed in knowing her. I joke with her, and she actually takes it in stride.:P

CBwing, because he's always treated me with respect and honor. He's a good guy, and very smart and faithful.

Omega Amen, another great guy. From what I can see, he understands what it is to be a man of God.

UC, is serious, but he is so talented and willing to help anyone.

I almost forgot my friend, Belldandy MewMew, she's the greatest! She is honestly one of the sweetest young lady's you'll ever meet.

I also admire all the kids who are under 17 here, and handle their words and comments with humor, a sense of fun, and enjoyment in one another - I think you're all the greatest.

Again, I can always think of more to mention. I may come back just because there's so many more; and, I have to say thanks to the others who have mentioned me in their posts.:)

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.

I admire TwilightKiss. She's been my best friend for three years now, but it seems like we've known each other our whole lives. I admire her for being able to put up with me for that long. ^_^ She's been there for me whenever I've needed her. Like last night. Last night was terrible for me and who calls me up? Purin-chan. She knows how and when to cheer me up and when to not bother trying. She knows me better than I know myself most of the time and I admire her for her strength to help me through all of my problems.

The choice has been made. There's no looking back. I won't let up, back up, give up, or shut up. My focus clear. My path is straight. My God, reliable. I'm a disciple of Christ.

Gods plan is like the sun. its too big and bright to look at directly, and sometimes the rain clouds cover it, but sometimes the plan dapples through the clouds and we can see beautiful glimpses of what he has in store for us.

I'm new here, so I really don't know all that many people, but there are a couple that I do admire.

I admire Vyse for many reasons. First of all for being an awesomely devoted Christian. He's a fountain of knowledge, and a great guy to hang around with. plus he introduced me to this site.

I admire Arbre for being such an awesome exmple of God's truth and for being a great friend. She's so faithful to God and to his truth. I hear the struggles she's going through, but with God she's been making it through. Every time I talk to her it's a reall encouragment to my faith and reminds how much God changes everything.

This thread is pretty fun to read through. I find it touching that people are so eager to share what they admire about others, it's amazing how uplifting reading a few good words can be. Have I ever told you guys what an awesome forum we all make? (Even if Ash does make me clean the bathrooms in the staff lounge ...)

I admire:

Shinja (thanks for the mention man): Shinja can draw guns and cars and penguins really really good, and is an all around cool dude.

Little T-Chan: T-Chan is super happy, and a lot of fun to talk to. Plus, we're both taking French next year. w00t!

Kirakira: Kirakira can draw really good (Which is obviously a good thing with me) and is cool to talk to. Aslo a member of the GRG, so she gets brownie points for that. :P

Everyone that draws anything: Art can be really discouraging, and it takes a lot to keep on trying and have the hope you'll get better. Good job artists! :thumb:

I'm sure there are a lot more that I forgot, but I don't have time to put em down since I have church in awhile.

I mentioned this once before somewhere, but I admire each and every one of you just for being the special person that the Lord made you to be. You are all His unique creations, made in His creative image. May He be praised for His big imagination! ^_^

Also, I've got something else to add. I never thought about it until now, but I've always had a deep respect and admiration for the CAA staff, though probably more now than I have before. I had to ban someone from Anime Angels today for the first time ever, and it was a very difficult decision to make. I just hope and pray that I'll never have to do it again, but now I know how the staff here feels whenever they have to ban somebody. CAA administration and moderators, keep up the good work for His glory! :thumb:

I am still wandering around these boards with a set of nOOb eyes so it's kind of hard for me to say who really has had an impact on me. But from my first weeks here I would say:

Volt and Straylight -- I love programmers, they are the most creative and lovely people on the Earth. : )

Ashley -- We all know the story, how she turned a little messageboard on MSN ? Into a complete exapansive, full-blown forum full of great members.

Omega Amen -- Don't know him, but from first impressions he seems like a very rationale guy; one who is also responsible.

More to come, after some months here have passed and I get to know some of you.

I am currently working on a 3D shooter that will be a parody of starfox (see avatar) :thumb:

Okay, the less selfish reason of this post ( ) is I remembered someone else I wanted to mention... Kovyn Alander! Not only is he a great 'furry' artist, but he always shares his talents by making everyone avatars!

Wow that was a lot of smileys

As for me, I admire:

Coby: Right back at ya! Shes funny, her replys are always interesting to read and to top it off she made the dynamite rhyme that is currently quoted in my sig. Thanx Coby! :thumb:

Ronin: This dude is always on the ball when it comes to witty comments and is always a good laugh!

Kenchii: Has an great taste in music! His replys in the Jam Session forum are always the best to read.

All the Mods and Admins: Hey, lets face it, they're all kool in their own right. You guys all rock!

Everyone else: Because everyone on this site is soooo kool. Feel loved everyone, feel loved...
