Samurai Jack

Hey how does everyone feel about this show? Personally I love it even though the animation is only a couple levels higher than South Park. But the animation adds to the show somehow. Plus Jack is a very moral man who will always help someone in need even if it is out of his way.

Samurai Jack is a fun show...very intresting concept. If it's on I will watch it.

Im the type of person that if the animation isnt reall ygood I wont watch it but Samurai Jack is an exception. Granted it reminds me of blocks and stuff but it's still good :thumb:

Samaruai Jack is up there with Family Guy as my favorite non-anime series. It's great, I like the blocky art then again that's all I can draw. My only gripe is that it does get a little monotonous and the thin plot lines have repeated in two episodes.

I really like Samurai Jack, actually. Anime or not, it's a great show--the music is awesome and the art style is refreshing to me. I wish they'd release the first season on dvd or something; that'd be nice. Anyway...yeah, just sounding off as a Jack fan too.

Samuria Jack is my favorite non-anime action cartoon. I don't really care that the animation is bad. I was just wondering did they ever finish Samuria Jack? I never saw the ending if they did.

I'm pretty sure the series is still running.

I would also consider myself a Samurai Jack fan. The first episode I saw had me convinced it was a rather humorous parody, but after seeing the first two episodes I learned otherwise. Some later episodes have actually been quite cool, and a precious few even morally complex (sort of). I'm no art critic, so that aspect doesn't bother me.

True, Jack is actually a good role model. And he's pretty good with a katana, too. On that topic, I've been pleased to see that a few episodes have actual fight coreography (such as the one where he fights two monks). Most anime has no coreography, and that is quite annoying. In this aspect, Samurai Jack is actually superior to much anime.

I like S.J. :) Actually I'm not sure which came first.. the cartoon or Dexter (from Dexter's Lab, one of my all-time favorites) using the phrase "samurai jaction!"

I have a couple of favorite episodes - the ones that have the funniest lines in em
