As you know today is Palm Sunday.

The time of year were we celebrate the Lords triumphant entry into Jerusalem. On a donkey while people waving palm branches shouted "Hossana!" ( Save us now) Sorry for the obivious history review.

And since its Palm Sunday that means Easter is only a week away. ( so excited, Since Easter is my favorite holiday)

So I just wanted to Say to everybody here that I wish you guys all a blessed
Palm Sunday.
"Its very possible that I could give everything and obtain nothing, But still I have to try."
-Edward Elric.

"If to be feelingly alive to the sufferings of my fellow-creatures is to be a fanatic, I am one of the most incurable fanatics ever permitted to be at large."
-William Wilberforce.

The only thing I don't like about Palm Sunday is that every year in Catholic Masses the assembled have to reenact Jesus's crucifixion by chanting "Crucify him!" at the appropriate times.
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you. I appointed you to be a prophet of all nations."
--Jeremiah 1:5

They don't at mine. They just read from the bible about it and have a group that sings.

RL - I visited my local Catholic church last year for Palm Sunday and was really impressed by the reinactment they did. Very dynamic. This year, went again and no reinactment. o.o;; The priest and everyone seemed kinda tired and not really with it. I was sorta disappointed. u.u;;

Anyone find any creative uses for the palms? I know some people make crosses out of them. I gave mine to my sugar glider and he loves 'em.

Hee, hee, now he's a holy glider!
Anyway, I often hang mine over my door. Sort of my way of asking God to bless the people who go through it.
