In need of help...

I have started up an anime, story, characters, and some other things...Its a little project I have been working on...anyhow, I was wondering if anyone had ideas for it...All of it is Christian based, set in England, and some major characters include Amos, Ezekiel, Enoc, Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Noah...Just any name that sounds cool really...I am need of ideas of of the enemy and the storyline...but just keep in mind Medieval Europe and christian things are only acceptable, I cannot pay anyone anything of value, except credit to the character of ideas you have put forth, I am also in need of an artist... lol...im in need of a lot of things...anyhow if u would like to help me, post up some stuff, administator willing, or email me at [email]cryolyger@aol.com ...than[/email]ks for you guys' time;

Do you have an idea of what you want the story to be about?

actually this is as far as I have come: Medeival style fighting, Christian based, batlle against evil; the only other idea I had was a Nomad (maybe Amos) goes from city to city, in hopes of forming a team to fight off his brother (he will be Knightmare for now); now any or all this could change if and when someone gives me a better idea...Im more of the charcter descriptionist...the other jobs are wide open...lol...

Consider some of these things:

Atmosphere: do you want this to be a complete comedy, or a little funny at times (maybe ironic humor ) but mostly serious, or totally serious.

Target Audience: What age group do you want to relate to most in your story (note: this may determine the ages of your characters, and even have a profound effect on your atmosphere.)

Realism: Will the characters have exaggerated attacks and weapons, or more realistic ones for the time period. (like giant swords, or primitive guns, Super kamikaze blitz attack, ect). This could also be effected by the target audience.

Message: Do you have a specific message you want to convey through the story?
Example: God is merciful, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens meâ€

Heres the deal, Im not really a story maker, I have numerous Ideas but they all get shutdown....thats one of the main things i need is a plot... I dont want to take anyone elses, and I want it to be a group project, Im not much for the solo style, kinda a group decision thing...

What were some of your ideas that get shutdown?
Those could be a good place to start.

I was thinking of these possibilities:

1) Since the setting is Medeival Europe, A nomad (knight), goes from village to village recruiting people to fight off an unstopable evil, different classes of character join, i.e. Knights, swordsman, archers, mages, etc...

2) They have powers, Basic elements Earth, Fire, Water, Wind, Light, Dark, Ice, and whatnot....

3) A storyline dedicated to the view of the villain; (never seen it done), and in the end you realize the villain is in reality not that bad...

4) Angels vs. Demons, Angels and Demons fighting for the souls of the people on Earth; as battles are won in either favor, they (Humans) start to assist their comrades (angel or demon)

5) hmmm....is there a 5?...ohhh yeah, kinda a Post appoctaliptic (i know i butchered that...) anyhow, they are military soldiers, fighting off non-believers; after Second coming of Christ, so Mark of the Beast (humans) vs. New believers....

those are the top 5 I shutdown....Anyone who wants can help me decide by choosing there favorite then second....I will tally the results and that willl be the project we work on....

hey thats cool, youre doing the same thing i did . Sounds cool, sorry I dont have any ideas though, what about basing it on crusades

(by the way thanks for that), I have come up with a storyline, tell me what you think of it...: Its a family decedent power thing...example, Last Hero's son is new Hero, Last Guardian's son is new guardian...etc...Hero's power light of course, guardians thunder, Evil dark of course, and the hero side would have good magic, life, water earth, while the dark will have Dark, destruction and what not...

If you have anything to add, or would like me to fix something, let me know please...also send me your character descriptions so i may add them to the story as it pregresses...

Since not many of you guys are hitting me up with ideas, i thought if i made a small little site i could just post updates on it, and have u guys email me your ideas, for this is taking alot longer then i anticipated...I want to give a big thanks to Kaji for all his assistance, and thanks to everyone else on the board, ill stip bothering u guys now...heh...

update might want to refer to the writing section i have posted several ideas up there, section entitled anime/comic assistance. As for this section here is the bio of the main character, he is the only concrete/sold character i have. Btw. sight thing bombed : P. :

Amos:

† Age: 20-23
† Weight: 220-240
† Height: 6'0"-6'1"
† Build: light muscle
† Tone: European/white
† Weaopon: Cross-Lance-Sword, its a combonation of the 3, or possibly just the last
2, but upon request i can upload the weapon i had in mind
† Armor: Plate mail/Chainmail, Blue and white/ Blue and silver
† Eye color: Blue
† Hair: Short brown hair, layered (like pso.) or perhaps parted in middle

I cant find my notebook with it all, thats all i remember off the top of my head. P.M. me if you want to hear all my ideas for characters

oh and I took you up on your crusades idea, I think they are going to be wanders, just fighting tyranny, no powers (thats lame) just Knights with a mission.
